We stayed as a couple in a bungalow at Pertiwi Bisma 1 and overall really enjoyed our time here. The highlight of the property is definitely the two infinity pools with beautiful views over the valley and lush nature all around. The hotel is set away from the main road, so you are surrounded by the sounds of water and birds rather than traffic, which creates a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. The location is convenient: there is a supermarket and plenty of cafes just a short walk up the path to the main road, including some nice spots with sunset and rice field views. We also appreciated that the driveway goes all the way down to the lobby, so taxis can drop you right at reception and you do not have to carry your luggage up or down a steep hill. Breakfast is a made‑to‑order options, with a few different breakfast sets you can choose from. The portions are not huge, but they are enough to start the day and you will not leave hungry. Service was very good throughout our stay. Staff were friendly, attentive and helpful, and they were happy to accommodate our requests. Food at the hotel restaurant was tasty and they can deliver meals to the room, which is very nice if you want a quiet evening on your terrace. Prices in the hotel restaurant and for massage are a bit higher (around 20–30% more) than outside, but in return you get the convenience and a lovely setting. A massage on the terrace by the second infinity pool, with the sound of the water and birds in the background, was a very pleasant experience. The bungalow itself feels more like a simple countryside house than a modern city hotel room. There are not new or perfect, and the cleanliness is generally fine but not spotless. For us this was acceptable because we understood that this is a nature‑style property rather than a luxury resort. The main downside was the bed: the mattress felt a bit old and worn, and we could feel some springs during the night, so it would really benefit from being replaced. Overall, if you are looking for a quiet place surrounded by nature with beautiful pools and views, and you do not expect brand‑new rooms, Pertiwi Bisma 1 is a good and atmospheric choice. With an upgraded mattress, our stay would have been close to perfect.

Nice staff and good swimming pool. Good breakfast. Room was soggy at first. Smell of mold made me hard to sleep at first night. So I turned on AC all day, although I could smell of mold sometimes, but most of time I was okay. View from room was good, felt like I am in the jungle. This hotel is little far to walk to everywhere(hot weather, so 10-20mins more walk is huge difference) but you can use grab taxi or bike with cheap price. So It wound't be a big deal. Except for the first night arrival. Everything was good. I hope they could turned on AC before guests come in

We had a good stay at this hotel, it's not far from Ubud's main street.

The villa was large, clean, nice and cool. Location is picturesque, pools are gorgeous, food is delicious and staff are simply wonderful. Already booked my next stay.

Our favorite hotel in Ubud ❤️! For a very affordable price, you get access to two Instagrammable infinity pools. The staff is super lovely! Location is 10/10. We'll definitely be back many times!

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. While the front-line staff were polite and cooperative, the hotel management is extremely incompetent and unprofessional. We were initially assigned a villa that did not match our confirmed booking, and the air conditioning was not functioning. The following day, we were moved to another villa, only to encounter the same air-conditioning failure again, clearly indicating poor maintenance and lack of preparedness. What is even more concerning is that the actual condition and finishing quality of the villas are completely different from the photos advertised online, which I consider a clear case of misleading advertising. We repeatedly attempted to contact the hotel management to resolve these issues; however, management refused to offer any assistance or take responsibility, leaving us with no choice but to accept the situation as it was. Based on this experience, I strongly do not recommend staying at this property, and I believe this matter deserves serious attention from booking platforms and relevant authorities. للأسف الشديد، كانت تجربتي في هذا الفندق من أسوأ التجارب التي مررت بها. رغم أن موظفي الخط الأمامي يؤدون عملهم بأدب واحترام، إلا أن إدارة الفندق غير كفؤة إطلاقًا وتفتقر لأبسط معايير الاحترافية. تم تسليمي فيلا مخالفة تمامًا للحجز المؤكد، إضافة إلى وجود عطل واضح في نظام التكييف. وعند نقلنا في اليوم التالي إلى فيلا أخرى، تكرر نفس العطل، مما يؤكد سوء الصيانة وعدم جاهزية الوحدات للإقامة من الأساس. الأكثر خطورة في الأمر هو أن مستوى التشطيب وجودة الفلل لا تعكس إطلاقًا الصور المعروضة على مواقع الحجز، وهو ما أعتبره تضليلًا صريحًا وفخًا واضحًا للضيوف. حاولنا التواصل مع إدارة الفندق أكثر من مرة لشرح المشكلة وإيجاد حل مناسب، لكن الإدارة رفضت تقديم أي مساعدة أو تحمل أي مسؤولية، وتركتنا نواجه الأمر الواقع دون أي اهتمام بتجربة النزيل أو حقوقه. بناءً على هذه التجربة، لا أنصح بالإقامة في هذا المكان مطلقًا، وأرى أن ما يحدث يستوجب مراجعة جادة من الجهات المعنية ومنصات الحجز.

We arrived at the hotel and no one greeted us! No service whatsoever! Monkeys on the premises were stealing food! The room was dark, and the curtains were all stained! We requested a cancellation, but they refused to refund our money! We simply left, lost our money, and our mood was ruined for the entire day! I do not recommend this to anyone!!!

The perfect contrast between jungle accomodation with in town vibes. The place was clean but needed maintainence. For example it had Lots of walking paths out, taps were loose, sliding doors not lining up to locks. Just small finishing touchrs would make this place great

Whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, or with family, this hotel truly caters to all. The service was warm and attentive throughout my stay, and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals. Definitely worth opting for the breakfast deal. While the room itself was fairly basic and the hairdryer could use an upgrade, everything else more than made up for it. The highlight for me was the two stunning swimming pools with breathtaking scenic views, perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The location is unbeatable. The hotel is a short walk to the Monkey Forest, with plenty of restaurants, local shops, and massage spas nearby. You really feel like you’re in the heart of everything while still being able to unwind in a peaceful setting. Would absolutely recommend this place and would stay again!

The rooms are old and the showers not really working, just a handle spraying from the wall. The pools are okay but not clean. The staff isn’t there and the food is far from good for the price! The breakfast is not recommended. It is low price but i would say that is isn’t living up to expectations anyway.

Good location, there is one convenience store nearby, some restaurants, not far from Ubud center. However, on the first day, I just got the key room then my AC didn't work, don't they this before then I had to move to another room quite far and the cheapest one , the one I booked is pool view but I got the first floor room next to reception. I asked for refund or room rate difference compensation but they rejected, and I booked four nights, on the second day I still haven't got the room type that I book, and wait for the hotel manager at 9.00 until 11.00. so they ruined my plan to go to paint with my teacher because I have to pack and unpack my suitcase and still haven't got the room, waste time. Finally, I got the room and manager offered 1 compl. dinner and 4 days breakfasts.not only different rate of the room type but how about my plan one whole day that they ruined.
