I loved everything about this place. I was so impressed by the two restaurants both serving different style meals of cuisine. Both with different vibes and ambience. The rooms were tastefully decorated with wonderful bathrooms and a sink in bath big enough for two. The hot water ran out half way through filling but it heated up quickly and the stone retained the heat. The grounds were so beautifully cared for lush and whimsical. The service was impeccable and everyone was so helpful, friendly and attentive. The black sand beach glittered and was actually more beautiful than I expected it to be. Two days was not long enough ❤️

If you're looking for a peaceful getaway that's still within reach of local attractions, this hotel is an excellent choice. It's tucked away in a quiet location, but there are plenty of things to do nearby. The zoo and several shopping malls are a taxi ride away. Taxis are very affordable, and I highly recommend downloading the Grab app before you arrive as it's the easiest and cheapest way to get around. If you stay here, I would definitely recommend booking one of the private pool villas. The villa was beautiful, spacious, spotless, and well maintained. The private pool was large, clean, and perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. It was easily the highlight of my stay. The service was excellent throughout. The staff were polite, friendly, and always happy to help. The food was also delicious, and everything about the hotel made for a wonderful experience. One thing to mention is that during my trip there was occasionally a smell of smoke from people burning rubbish and other materials in the area. This wasn't the hotel's fault, but it is something visitors should be aware of. I absolutely loved my stay and will definitely be coming back. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali.

We had a wonderful stay at The Royal Purnama. The villa was excellent—beautifully designed, spacious, and very comfortable. The entire property feels well maintained, with modern facilities that are clean and in great condition. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The spa and massages are on the expensive side, but the quality is excellent and definitely worth trying. One of the highlights was the complimentary yoga class, which is a fantastic bonus and adds a unique touch to the overall experience. The only area that could be improved is the dining. The restaurant has a fairly limited menu, and while the food was decent, it wasn’t particularly memorable. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily recommend The Royal Purnama, especially for couples looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway.

The room was exactly as described, spacious and beautiful. The room was well equipped, from dining area to bathrooms, with thoughtful amenities. We loved that the bedroom opened directly into the private swimming pool which was also one of the bigger private pools we’ve had in Asia. The outdoor lounging sofa bed was super comfy and clean. Every single staff member was well trained and incredibly polite and courteous. The food served at the restaurant Standing Stones was fine dining level at a reasonable price. Two minor comments - the air conditioning was a little weak, and the birds were very noisy and kept us awake. All in all, we enjoyed our 5-night stay so much and would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience in Bali.

My husband and I had a very pleasant stay at the villa. The villa was comfortable, beautiful, and cozy! We felt super relaxed throughout our stay. Special compliments to all the villa staff for their warm hospitality. They were welcoming, polite, attentive, and responsible, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Love the outdoor tub and big bathroom , actually the room was very big has a private kitchen as well . Love the spa covered with black sand , breakfast was fresh and well presented

We are an Indo-Chinese couple visiting Bali for the first time, and we stayed at the Royal Purnama Pool Villa. It was absolutely amazing! When I think of Bali, I immediately think of this villa. The place is stunning, and the staff, service, and food (breakfast and dinner) were top-notch. We ended up having dinner at the hotel every day because they arranged different themes each evening, with traditional dances and live singing performances, which were fantastic! Our room was incredibly peaceful and quiet. We spent most of our time in the private swimming pool—what’s impressive is that even at night, the water remains warm, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. The room itself was perfect, and I can’t forget to mention the beachside breakfast and dinner, which were absolutely worth it. Driver Tila is good and showed us all places. Very nice guy. As a vlogger, I compare everything wherever I go, and I can confidently say that we’ll definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this place, especially for couples looking for a peaceful, beautiful escape in Bali.

The Royal Purnama was incredibly accommodative, helpful and very aesthetically pleasing. I had a pleasant 5 day stay there and would highly recommend the Jepun suite for business travelers. It offers the privacy that you need with convenience at a touch of a button.

One of the highlights of the stay was the yoga classes with a breathtaking sea view. Practicing yoga while overlooking the ocean was an unforgettable experience. Relaxing near the water afterward made it even more special. The food deserves special praise. Both dinner and breakfast were exceptional, with delicious, high-quality dishes and a wide variety of options. Every meal felt like a culinary experience. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the staff. The entire team operates like one big family warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. Their hospitality elevates the whole experience to another level. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking quiet luxury, exceptional service, and total relaxation.
