Lloyd's Inn Bali

The hotel staffs are so friendly, walking distance can reach seminyak beach. Surrounding hotel quite happening, no need to worries there are no food surrounding there.

Been hearing about this place for years. Got the chance to stay here last week. I got upgraded with a bathtub and pool. The pool is not clean so i didnt use but the bathtub is nice. Didnt get the chance to try the spa but it looked nice.

The location is very good. Go to supermarket and go to the Seminyak Beach so easy. But in the hotel the Wi-Fi is so terrible, always cannot connect. I think in the Bali most of the hotel in the pictures look very big but actually when you go to the room, it’s tiny. everything is nice only except the Wi-Fi! Next time, I still will choose this one.

Absolutely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Bali. The staff are superb and extremely efficient. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

Nice hotel, great location, its a minus they want to charge for the smallest thing like a plastic cup to take my drink i didn’t finish in a take away

The room was clean, spacious, and beautiful. The location is right in the middle of Seminyak and easy to get to other locations by walking or grab/gojek. The beach is also walking distance to view the sunset. Breakfast menu is changed daily and they are very delicious. If you have an early trip next morning, you can request for a breakfast to-go the day before!

Already expected for Bali not to have clean water but didnt expect it to be so disgusting. My friend and i intended to stay for 3 nights. First night, upon checking, all of the taps, shower head are so rusty and mouldy. The water wasnt clear at all. Its cloudy and it stinks. We just ignored and just washed our face & brushed teeth with bottled water instead, hoping it will get better. However, 2nd night came and the tap water turned black. The photos taken are water turning to black in repeat. We were so disgusted and head to the reception. They suggested for us to change room but arent the water from the same source? for it to turn black shows that its not clean anymore from the start? As it was late night, the receptionist just said that there’s no manager/boss around to address the situation and would get back to us the next day 9am. The next day, nothing got back to us. No manager/boss address the complaint we made, as promised. Instead, we received a notice that is meant for EVERYONE. They were hoping for us to just let the matter pass after a notice given. Where’s the accountability? We had to head down again to ask for update, and no one really understood and we had to repeat whatever happened again. The cleanliness of the water has impacted our skin sensitivity. We were very concerned for our health being. Despite everything, we came to an amicable settlement. Staffs were still kind and friendly but this is unacceptable when our complaints are not heard and being dismissed.

Amenities were on the older side but it was clean! Service staff were great, and i was able to store my luggage for free before and after my stay :) got a free room upgrade too!!
