Look at the pictures. The gate is pretty good. The villas are very new and clean, but I will definitely not live there again. The location of the villa is remote. There are no small shops within a kilometer nearby. The road to the villa is rotten and narrow, even the driver follows. Navigate away, you have to walk twice to find it

The room was perfectly fine. However, the road to the hotel is quite bad. There's nothing behind me. There was not much to eat, and the service was poor. However, the wifi connection was poor, the water flow was poor, and the room cleaning was not very good. It seemed like a waste even though the room had a lot of potential.

A collection of small villas with private pools. The hotel is quite isolated; there are no shops or promenades nearby. You must download the Grab app to get around by taxi or scooter—absolutely no other option. The staff is friendly, and the villas are clean, but only the bedroom is airtight and air-conditioned; the rest is practically open-air. Advantages: The hotel is very quiet, the room is beautiful and very large, the air conditioning is efficient and quiet, the bedding is very comfortable, there's a smart TV, a nice, good-sized bathroom, a safe, and a small refrigerator. Remarks: The villa patios are practically open-air, and you might occasionally encounter lizards, large cockroaches, and insects. However, this isn't unusual since they aren't airtight; you're not in a hotel room, and it didn't bother me—it's not an infestation. Drawbacks: There's a larger pool, but it's extremely dirty, with green water—you won't want to go in it. The rooftop has old, rotten, worn-out parquet flooring with loose and dangerous planks; be careful not to hurt yourself. The view overlooks the enormous statue of Vishnu, but also a vacant lot and garbage dumps. Breakfast costs around €7 and isn't a buffet: edible but not great—an omelet, a few not-so-good pieces of fruit, a coffee, two slices of toast, and a tasteless fruit juice. I was shocked to see men cleaning the rooms and throwing the garbage bags over the wall into a nearby field. In Bali, they don't have the same approach to the environment as in Europe. Okay, it's a tropical country, but still... Conclusion: Rather far from everything—beaches, restaurants, entertainment, markets—you have to get around by taxi (it's mandatory). A renovation and thorough cleaning are necessary. Despite these drawbacks, I wouldn't discourage anyone from buying it, but don't expect a 5-star spring.
