For example, when I ordered pizza through WhatsApp, I received a response the next day, which was disappointing. Additionally, there was an incident where I returned to my room after a day out to find it had been left open. Thankfully, nothing was missing, but it was concerning. When I raised this with the reception, I was informed that a technician had entered to check the air conditioning. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The comfortable room, beautiful surroundings, and overall ambiance made our visit enjoyable. We appreciate the efforts of your staff and hope that our feedback can help improve the experience for future guests.

This property is like a ghost house. No real activity and nobody was in in this neighborhood. The property was extremely dirty. There is no proper AC in the rooms. The bathrooms were stinking. The breakfast included had foul smelling fruits which were cut maybe 2 or 3 days ago along with Vermicelli noodles sticking ( my son piled after eating). The fruit juice was kind of adulterated with water and smelling bad and upset my wife s stomach. We asked for mosquito repellent they gave a used or half burnt coil which had been left open in open and it was not able to stop them. Overall the property was kind of very old and smelling dirty. I had no sleep in the property as it had very negative vibes and I felt like it’s a ghost house. The staff are so pathetic they don’t even talk properly. They behaved so rude. One of the incharge was sleeping on the couch provided for the guests and openly smoked in from of my young children. They seems to be having 2-3 sites with the same name. They are certainly not for genuine families or honeymooners. I booked for two days and I had to vacate immediately the next morning after this unbearable situations in this property. The worst part was when I booked it they charged around 2000 HKD , or 20K INR but it’s extremely expensive for the dirty property it is right now. All the reviews it had were like maybe 10 years ago. Every review on the websites in the last 5 years was negative. I had to fight with the hotel and the trip.com to get my refund as I had to cancel my booking as it’s as an unpleasant experience. Never trust their photos or the reviews on booking websites they are all made up reviews.

Bali dream villa is very closely located at saminyak market which is hub of all good activity. Villa is private villa owned by guest with attach swimming pool. Couples can have good time.

The property shown in photos is diffrent from the actual name . The actual property named the bali dream villa 1. Given this named - the dream suite. I have bearded many losses like the cab drop me at the actual villa and from there i everyday book a cab. All cabs drop me at thr actual location and from there i have to find this one also this property have has a name on chekin list. But they have given me thr dream villa. Entry in thr room premises is done without my permision. This is not the way i sufferers a lot.

Old property, good for private swimming pool and seminyak location, but dont expect cleanliness or food quality or good buffet. Just go for private swimming, rest no.

The staff and facilities was excellent. The manager Hamsah really looked after us and provided us with the family experience of a lifetime. Staff were always very polite and welcoming. The location was very handy to all the things we wanted to see in Seminyak.

The Bali Dream Villa at Seminyak is a fantastic place where we stayed, in June 2023. We opted for a double-bedroom villa with a private pool. The experience was amazing. The villa was neatly kept and the pool water was clean (though a bit cold!). With ample trees in the vicinity, the ambience was nice. The villa had a cooking range, a small fridge, some cutlery and a few pots and pans. The breakfast spread was also decent. Being pure vegetarians, we did not have much of a choice. However, we always had 2-3 veggie items other than the regular fruits and bread. The villa is located in Seminyak and access to nearby shopping places and food joints was convenient. We celebrated our wedding anniversary there and the management was very kind to make it memorable with a small cake, decorated sheets and a flower bath. Additionally, the breakfast-in-the-pool was another novel experience. All in all, a great stay and a nice experience!

The Villas were very nice and confortable although some utilities need upgrades. The Breakfast served is of low quality and the Indian breakfast is even worse. The location is far off from any place relevent and with traffic in Bali it can be a pain to go to Eminyak Square or Village of Beaches

Do not book at these Villas, they are terrible. Dirty, untidy, rundown. The mosquitoes are so bad you can’t sit outside. Have to constantly ask for mosquitoe coils to be lit. They don’t supply towels for the plunge pool, the kitchen is filthy and no cutlery or crockery to even think about cooking with. Pool was dirty, floors dirty, bathroom had a leaking basin which puddled on the floor. Had to ask for towels and toilet paper after the villa had been poorly cleaned each day. Had alcohol taken from our villa, which we complained but it was never resolved. Front reception staff very lazy. Breakfast was cold and horrible every morning. Certainly did not enjoy our 6 night stay and was very happy to leave. The only good out of it was The Sports bar up the road
