Le Cliff Bali

Struttura costruita sul mare, incantevole la vista e si dorme cullati dalle onde del mare che si infrangono negli scogli antistanti La struttura non è da hotel 4 stelle ma da b&b curato in legno e muratura. Lo consiglio a persone SPORTIVE, surfisti in quanto ci sono da fare 5 piani a piedi dall'arrivo del taxi all'ingresso del Hotel, lo stesso se si deve andare alla spiaggia con l'alta area

Fabulous location once you are there. Yes there are a lot of steps to get there, whilst you are there and if you want to go anywhere but it adds to the charm as well as the sweat. We were in room 6 which was spacious, clean with great views back to Main Break and baby Padang and the beginning section of Impossibles. The bathroom was very large and outdoors but clean and functional. Food at the resort was good and Dream sea is right next door but they do give priority to their own guests. You are right on top of the surf so if the tides are high at night it can be very noisy from the waves but we are used to that so didn't really worry us. The monkeys are a pain so don;t leave anything outside. They ransacked by toiletry bag ( my fault for leaving outside ) and bizarrely they stole my fin bag with a number of fins, tools and ding repair kit so don't leave anything outside and make sure doors are locked. They normally come after lunch. The babies are cute but the larger males can be quite intimidating. I think some people forget that they are in Indonesia when writing reviews as it is pretty difficult to get anything dry ever and there is always a pervading aroma of dankness and drains even when you are in the large 5 star places. If you love surfing or watching surfing then you would struggle to get a better position anywhere on the Bukit. We had a good swell kick in when we were there and it was amazing watching people getting double overhead barrels at Padang from our deck.

Absolutely breathtaking, unique, dreamy hotel! The staff was extremely accommodating (helped bring our bags up the stairs), there are scooter rentals onsite, the restaurant is delicious, and we could see the entire horizon right from bed. The beach is stunning with shells at every step. You feel like you're in a fairytale from dusk to dawn. The stairs might be much for some, but every step is worth it with views like that! Can't wait to come back!

The most amazing place we have ever stayed as a couple together. We were in room 8 which is suspended just above the water. At low tide you can walk around the corner to Padang Padang Beach or paddle your surfboard to Padang Padang or Impossibles. We've actually stayed here 3 times now as we cannot stay away. This place is special! The staff is friendly and helpful. The room itself is lovely, but the setting so unmatched. Book this room or another one at Le Cliff. You will be so happy that you did.

Honestly the only thing this hotel got right- is the view. The staff was all right, and the monkeys were cute. Now to the cons... We paid 1200$ for 4 nights. The room was not as advertised! Definitely needs a refurbishment! The room was small, the bathroom just terrible with weird smell.One evening they switched the water off to our room, we had to go to the front desk to ask them to put it back on. In the room the ONLY thing that fits is the bed, we had to store our bags under the bed. There is also a black mold in the room right above and behind the bed. the couch on the balcony needed a good wash, because it had terrible stains. Also we found monkey feces in the balcony, nothing detrimental as the hotel located next to monkey habitat, however could have been cleaned in 5 days that we stayed! Before we stayed in Dreamsea Bali (hotel nearby). and the breakfast was included, but in Le Cliff we had to pay, even though we paid the SAME PRICE. One morning my husband went to have breakfast at the restaurant in Dreamsea (which is in the same area as Le Cliff) they looked at him as a second citizen and didn't allow him to stay there even though we were paying customers. the WI FI DOES NOT WORK! We couldn't be happier to leave this place.

Horrible horrible horrible The place was a disaster the staff the room was dirty very small we couldn't even open our luggage The pictures are different from reality it's worth nothing I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL The bathroom was sooooooo dirty the towels smells like urine It's the worth experience I have ever had in my hold life
