stayed there for 10 days, i like the concept of the room, breakfast was good too, staff are very nice, location close from anywhere, just the ac at the room i staying in a little bit weak and this is kinda family hotel so always busy and but noisy sometimes you can hear ppl beside your room etc, but overall ok for the price

This hotel service very bad and I have booked pool views room they provide without window room very bad service

Staff is very friendly. Welcome drinks and cookies when check-in. The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable. It is suitable for solo traveler, family or business. Strategic location. I'll definitely come back here again later.

The hotel is unique with three types of rooms to choose from, and the staff are very informative and helpful. The location is strategic, but since the hotel is still under renovation, you currently need to enter through the basement.

This is already my second stay at Yan's House Hotel, and it is honestly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Bali. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is perfect right near the beach and very convenient for tourists. I would definitely come back anytime!

The best place to stay in Kut 🤩, the location was really good, 5 minutes walking to the beach. The rooms were very clean with all the amenities. The staff was lovely, and the breakfast was delicious; you have many options to choose from. At the entrance, they greeted us with a juice and cookies.
