Saya hanya ingin mendahului ulasan ini dengan mengatakan bilik dan penginapan sebenar adalah indah dan sangat menyeronokkan. Walau bagaimanapun, mereka merosakkan keseluruhan 10 hari penginapan kami dengan cuba menipu kami keluar daripada wang pada waktu pagi sebelum kami sepatutnya mendaftar keluar dan keluar, kerana mengetahui bahawa kami berada pada jadual yang padat dan tidak akan dapat menyiasat BERHATI-HATI DENGAN HELAH/TAKTIK INI DARI HOTEL UNTUK MENCURI WANG ANDA: Mereka akan meminta deposit mandatori semasa ketibaan tanpa mengira jika anda telah membuat pembayaran penuh. Deposit dipegang untuk jika anda memesan perkhidmatan bilik dll, maka wang untuk itu dikeluarkan dari deposit dan selebihnya diberikan semula kepada anda. Ini adalah arahan. Kami diminta memberikan deposit kira-kira 4 juta IDR atau yang bersamaan dengan £200 GBP. Mereka membuat kami menandatangani sesuatu dan memegang resit sendiri dan memberi kami resit. Mereka tidak pernah mengatakan bahawa kami perlu menunjukkan resit sekali lagi kepada mereka sebelum daftar keluar untuk mendapatkan deposit. Ia hanyalah resit untuk tujuan pengesahan pada masa itu. Mari lihat, mereka menafikan kami pernah memberikan deposit dan enggan mengembalikan wang itu kepada kami. Secara mudahnya, tiada seorang pun daripada kakitangan yang berinteraksi dengan kami sudah hadir, walaupun mereka berada di sana sepanjang 10 hari, jadi kami tidak dapat bercakap dengan kakitangan yang mengambil deposit kami. Mereka enggan mengembalikan wang kami, pada dasarnya memanggil kami penipu dan kemudian tidak akan membenarkan kami pergi ke penerbangan kami tanpa membayar bil perkhidmatan bilik kami iaitu kira-kira 2 juta IDR lagi, pada dasarnya, mereka cuba menipu jalan mereka ke 6 tambahan. juta IDR daripada kami kerana mereka tahu kami terdesak untuk pergi jika tidak kami akan terlepas penerbangan kami. Saya kemudian mengugut untuk menghubungi polis dan berbohong dan tiba-tiba mereka menjumpai deposit £200 GBP kami. Mereka kemudian meminta kami untuk membayar bil perkhidmatan bilik, pada ketika itu mereka enggan menerima GBP sebagai bayaran walaupun saya diberitahu ia akan keluar terus dari deposit dan penghalang ini boleh menjadi mata wang yang berbeza dan ia tidak menjadi masalah. Jadi saya meminta mereka menukar wang itu, sekali lagi, mereka tahu bahawa kami terdesak dan kami akan pergi jadi mereka tidak mengambil berat tentang kami dan memberikan perkhidmatan yang baik lagi sehingga mereka cuba memeras kami dan menipu kami sekali lagi dengan menurunkan kadar pertukaran mereka sebanyak 40%!!!! Benar-benar gila. Saya tidak mempunyai pilihan selain menerima ini dan bil perkhidmatan bilik hampir meningkat sebanyak 50% disebabkan oleh penipuan dan mengambil kesempatan terhadap pelanggan mereka. Kelakuan jijik, jijik. Saya tidak tahu mengapa pertubuhan profesional akan mengambil risiko menipu pelanggan mereka sehingga tahap ini untuk beberapa juta tambahan dan mencemarkan reputasi mereka. Semua orang sila berhati-hati jika anda menempah di sini dan log SEMUANYA. Jangan percaya kakitangan di sini kerana mereka akan cuba menipu anda dan memeras ugut jika mereka boleh pada bila-bila peluang. Sungguh memalukan saya tidak boleh mengesyorkan tempat ini kerana vila itu cantik dan menakjubkan tetapi taktik kotor dan pandangan menipu pelanggan mereka telah meninggalkan rasa masam pada bulan saya dan menunjukkan mereka mempunyai niat yang salah dan oleh itu saya tidak boleh mengesyorkan vila ini lagi.

The room was very beautiful and a good size. There was a bathtub inside the room, which I enjoyed. The bathroom had a bit of a bad smell and was dark. bathroom should be renovated to complete the beauty of the residence. Unfortunately, breakfast was not diverse, the menu was limited, and the baked were not fresh.

Loved the villa as soon as we walked in, was going to stay for another few nights, but after the first night, we decided to leave. Because of the noise at night, we didn’t sleep the whole night.

Hotel Review: A Tale of Contrasts Stellar Location: The hotel's location was exceptional. Its proximity to GWK, gorgeous beaches, and easy access to local transport was truly remarkable. A definite highlight! Service: A Mixed Bag: Room Allocation Issues: Despite confirming a king bed during check-in, we were initially provided a room with two single beds. The distance to the room and the necessity to call reception from a bathroom phone (due to a broken phone in the main room) compounded the inconvenience. Communication Challenges: The response to our room issue was slow and confusing, with a bellboy unsure of his role, adding to the disarray. Room Reassignment Confusion: The next room, though identical in design, had the single beds pushed together, which could have been done in the first room. This arrangement awkwardly positioned plugs and switches between the headboards, causing further inconvenience. Cleanliness and Maintenance: Several aspects here were concerning. Kettle Misuse: Discovering a kettle previously used for cooking noodles was off-putting. Neglected French Press: A leftover tea bag in the French press indicated a lack of thorough cleaning. Room Maintenance: The small shower room, a broken study table LED, and multiple visits from service staff for repairs disrupted our comfort. Pillow Variance: An abundance of square pillows, with only two being rectangular, seemed peculiar. Facilities: Impressive Yet Inconsistent: Culinary Delight: The breakfast, especially the avocado toast with poached eggs, was delightful. Recreational Spaces: The game room and huge congkak with pebbles were enjoyable, though the plastic chess pieces were a letdown. Cultural and Leisure Activities: Hosting Kecak performances, a flea market, and beachfront dining added a unique charm. Overall Ambiance: The hotel exuded an 'old money' experience, enhanced by amenities like bike rentals. Conclusion: The stay was a rollercoaster of highs and lows. While certain aspects like location and some facilities were outstanding, issues with service, room comfort, and cleanliness led to a mix of annoyance and appreciation. It was an experience of mixed feelings.

Loved the interior of the room, very Balinese style room with a bath tub, the room size is good and very affordable.. hotel location other wise is really out of no where, not close to any restaurants or convenient store. Luckily we can order grab.. but still not much activity available in the hotel except for massage and spa, pool bar is not open, no one actually goes to the pool. It's near to nature so quite a bit of insects.. Staff and friendly and helpful.. There is only 1 restaurant and price wise is not cheap and food is not nice as well.. we were given bread and butter before our meal but even our butter is tasteless,unsalted.. the curry is very watery.. I guess after trying so many nice food around Asia, our taste buds can be quite picky so for the price paid, the food does not satisfy our desire for good food.

Amazing and very spacious villas. The bathtub was enormous which was great to use. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The private pool at the villas was not very clean and as a result we did not spend any time in the pool. Overall the establishment is excellent and we will book again if we return to Bali.

The hotel is really far inside but its right next to peddi Field. Our room view was facing the peddi Field. We stayed in the newly renovated Preimer room which was excellent with swing bed & bath tub in the balcony. Only setup in the evening, alot of insects, lizards out side our door specially at nite. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok

Not bad for the price! Very worth it. Resort is rather clean. However service wasn’t perfect. We had to carry all luggages up and down the stairs and staff saw but did not offer any help.

Lovely resort. The bathtub and the swinging couch in the premium room are wonderful. The staff is very nice and accommodating and the food is great!

Amazing stay at FuramaXclusive! Service was impeccable, variation in food was great, they also offered shuttle buses to Ubud central which is really convenient! Only downside was where our room was located, our wifi was a little bit weak. Overall, splendid stay

差評差評! 設施:酒店設施老化嚴重 所有東西破破爛爛 下面有圖 看看躺椅 衞生:衞生讓我簡直無話可説 床單被罩估計十年不更新 很臟 有圖!床頭爬滿螞蟻 環境: 環境很差 泳池很小 臟 蚊蟲極多 服務:這個酒店的工作人員簡直無敵 很坑中國人 變着法想着找你要錢 會賴在你房間門口不走 找你要小費!
