Ulasan Famous Hotel Kuta

Perhaps due to the rainy season, the air conditioner started leaking water late at night. I tried calling the front desk but couldn't get through, so I walked over there. It was past 2:00 AM, but they quickly dispatched a cleaning staff member who dismantled the AC, wiped away the water, reassembled it, and performed some repairs. I had used room towels for a temporary fix as the water was overflowing, and of course, they brought new towels. The leak was resolved in about 40 minutes. All the staff members were cheerful, and their explanations were gentle. The AC issue was a shame, but given the location, I suppose it's understandable. There's a convenience store and ATM within walking distance, which was very convenient for the start of our trip. We arrived late at night from the airport and planned to check out the next morning. Breakfast was mostly Indian cuisine but offered a buffet style with an enjoyable Asian selection. From a Japanese perspective, the water pressure in the shower was weak, and the towels and sheets had a smoky smell, feeling less than perfectly clean. However, for an Asian trip, it was within acceptable limits. I'm satisfied.

Service is so so, and  a bit confusing, when you ask the same thing , different people at the front desk will reply different answers.  Breakfast is not consistent, some days are better than others, although they change menu daily which was a bonus.. I choose the hotel since its next to an event that we were attending, so location is perfect. Room is clean, bathroom is a bit old, I didn’t use the towels they look old and greyish, overall is ok.

Good spot close to airport great if you only staying in Bali a couple nice before going to the islands

Excellent layover hotel for a quick 24 hour stop in Bali! Not hard to get to from the airport and very comfortable rooms. The breakfast was most enjoyable and the hotel family were very accommodating in looking after our luggage for the day and arranging a lift to the airport in the evening well after we had already checked out. Excellent value for money!

Not bad for the price, if you are picky, then this is not for you. Overall, a good place to stay at if you will be out for most of the time and will just sleep on it. Cleanliness can be improved. Just pissed at the receptionist that night cos the tore my passport!!! The important page ugh so careless!!! So be careful as well when u surrender ur passport

Hotel is nice and near airport. When looking for an in-transit place to stay in Bali, this is an option.

Amazing stuff and very friendly everything is perfect

Electeical hazard - manager said "I dont care" Terrible. Dangerous hotel. Engineer came to fix very loud electrical buzzing- can hear from hallway. They just stick a plastic card in electrical unit for 'repair' - creating a safety hazard. Changed room at 3am. Loud cleaners smashing walls at 7am. I arranged late check out and agreed to pay extra- but they harrass me instead of checking with other staff. After that, all staff really terrible. Office manager Echa was aggressive & threaten to call police. One staff was good - Adam- he tried to change room and provide refund , but after Echa was aggressive Adam left for lunch. Also hair from previous guests in bathroom. Unlike most hotels in Bali with small problems but helpful attitude. This hotel like to make more problems after one problem begins. At first Adam explained most staff wear training. But the staff that worked there a long time made nothing but extra problems (except Adam who just went for lunch) - even the FOH manager said 'I don't care'. This never happens at other hotels in Bali. Choose another. A very negative experience 1/10. Definitely avoid this hotel whilst Eka is managing as his style is aggressive without finding out any information. Been to Bali 10+ years , this is the only hotel this has ever been so bad

Perfect place to stay, easy to go anywhere

They charged us for towels that we didn’t even use. We only had 1 day booking and we even arrived around 2am. And upon checking they found 4 towels with stains! But, I only use 1 once since my friends didn’t shower at all! And, they even told us that we stayed for more than a night!
