They charged us for towels that we didn’t even use. We only had 1 day booking and we even arrived around 2am. And upon checking they found 4 towels with stains! But, I only use 1 once since my friends didn’t shower at all! And, they even told us that we stayed for more than a night!

How I get to find out this hotel was few months back I went to stay in opposite hotel and decided to see the nearest spa/massage as my previous hotel spa was totally closed down. So I saw this nearest Famous Hotel Kuta stated there's spa here with very affordable price! so here I am for my recent trip with Famous Hotel kuta for 4 nights! Huge/great facilities/great service/so welcoming 😊 Their massage price range is from IDR170,000!!

Very convenient for walking to food court and shopping mall

Great location near the airport. Basic amenities and service.

I liked the environment and staff of this hotel. In terms of location, it was convenient because it is close to the airport. but there were few nice places to eat and drink beer around. I liked that it was a 15-20 minute walk to Kuta beach. the shower and toilet seat were worn out. I think these things will be updated soon.
