Ulasan Grand Barong Resort

They have nice entrance Gate and Check-in was very fast. The room is very modern and clean. There Are 2 different Pool areas With 2 different Pool Bars which Are available from inside the Pool. We were at one of These Bars and the Barkeeper Could only hardly unterstand english which was Problematic. They breakfast was very english like. Nearly nothing regional unfortunately.

The location is excellent . It is close to the ocean , party area and shopping area. The pool is big and clean . The hotel room could be a bit more clean. Balcony is big and great for relaxing

Initial idea of 7nights/8days ended up with 10nights/11days. Its one of the biggest room ive ever stayed in Bali, past 20years trip, now then i found a hidden gem,eden and tranquil environment with pool as big as you can imagine. Excellent wifi reception, cable plugs (european/local), good tv signal covering most of the prominent news channels from all over the world, amenities are well equipped and if something is lacking, they are just a call away, it may look quaint from the exterior but most of them are well maintained. Cons:Aircon performance seems moderate however it takes time for u to feel the coolness. Fridge seems to be aged with ice bulk formed. Just call e technician. They may come up with a solution. Otherwise all is perfect. Ended up staying 11days there. Healing achieved. My body soul finds peace embedded with the nature. Thanks Grand Barong.

Not good option for families with kids a drunk man entered our room without permission and start yelling on kids and hotel security didn,t notice until i went to lobby and inform them

Excellent hotel.. Reception is nice. Nice breakfast. We just stayed for a night.

Lagoon pool room lovely and convenient, or any room on ground level as they are all close to pools. I am here with an 8 year old and 21 year old, not many kids here probably better for teens and above however we are loving it, staff are great and been very helpful.

Been staying here 4 times already. My choice when I want to be near Beachwalk mall and have a flight from DPS airport next day. Always clean, comfortable and complete amenities.

Overall my room is cleaned. Everything in room is perfectly good. Location is near Kuta breach. Definitely recommended for such hotel rate.

It is supposed to be a 4 star hotel but it is below expectation. The internet was not working during my first night here. Had a con call to attend but was suggested to take it at the lobby which is very loud or swimming pool which has lots of mosquitos. End up need to postpone the meeting. Room has safe box which i unable to use, when called the technician never come. Breakfast selection is very limited for indonesian standard. In addition it is not suitable for muslim as it has pork and bacon in breakfast. The only good thing is that it is near kuta walk. But we ended up travelling around the entire day and should have stayed elsewhere. Will never book in this hotel again
