We booked the Royal Villa and it was a very enjoyable and pleasant stay with Uma Sapna. The villa was spacious, clean and had sufficient open air areas for tanning which we loved. Would definitely want to come back here when we re back in Bali.

Uma Sapna is a class resort. It is staffed with the most pleasant people on the planet. Everything is as the photos show, or even better.

Very warm service. Staff very friendly. Villa is clean and cozy. Kilo restaurant’s food and breakfast excellent. Tetra spa also provides a very nice spa experience. Highly recommended.😊

I was very satisfied. The room was clean and spacious, and the garden pool was well-lit. It was a very comfortable stay. The restaurant was very stylish and the breakfast was delicious. The concierges Ira and Wayan, as well as the other staff, were extremely kind and helpful. This is a villa I would like to stay at again.

The room is clean and tidy, and is cleaned twice a day. The staff is very service-oriented. The surrounding area is lively and suitable for staying at home and relaxing.

I emailed them a few questions beforehand, and they responded politely, so I was able to stay with peace of mind. They readily accommodated my requests, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Cleaning was done twice a day, and insecticides and insect repellents were thoroughly implemented. Although my room was close to the road, it was quiet and I wasn't bothered by the surrounding noise. Breakfast at KIlo Kitchen was delicious, and I looked forward to it every day.

The room is large and comfortable, the courtyard is beautiful, and it makes people feel very relaxed. The whole park has a unique and charming scenery. The service of the staff is very good. They help children to inflate the swimming rings, and they will patiently help to comfort the children when they cry. There are delicious welcome fruits when you come, and greeting cards and chocolates are sent for Christmas, which is very thoughtful. The park has its own restaurant, which is on the list of gourmet food. The price is not cheap, but I personally think Bali ranks first! I will want to stay here again☺️

While preparing for a 4-night, 5-day trip to Bali, I looked for a place with a private pool and found Umasapna. I looked for blog and YouTube reviews, but there were no reviews that accurately conveyed the information, so I was very worried. First, the location is about 25 minutes from the airport. Grab usually costs about 100,000 rupees. We reserved a paid vehicle provided by Umasapna and used it for 200,000 rupees. The price is expensive, but I didn't want to bother grabbing Grab, so I made a reservation in advance using Watcha. When we arrived at the accommodation where we were staying, they contacted us through the counter and when we went to the lobby, the driver was waiting. He even helped us with our bags and took us to the accommodation comfortably. It's a 15-minute walk to Seminyak Beach and a 5-minute drive. I took a car there and walked back to the accommodation. There are two convenience stores within 3 minutes. It's really close. Second, I booked the accommodation in the Royal Building. The length of the pool is different from Executive. The general building has a square jacuzzi, so it feels like a square bathtub outside. The Royal Building where we stayed has a 9-meter swimming pool, a large bed inside, a bathroom, a shower room, a bathtub, and two sinks. Outside tables, chairs, sofas, sunbeds, capsule machines (4 capsules per day), water purifiers, refrigerators, and freezers. Ceramic tableware is also provided. Third. I looked it up and was worried because the water quality in Bali was bad. As soon as I arrived in Bali, I brought my old Novotel shower filter and used it, but it got dirty after showering once. So I was even more worried and installed the filter as soon as I arrived at Umasapna. A filter for the bidet and a shower head with a filter, and two filters for the sink. One filter was installed on the sink. One filter was installed on the bathtub side. One bidet filter was on the shower side. One bidet filter was on the sunflower shower. When I took it apart again on the fifth day after using it for 4 nights and 5 days, the filter was a bit dirty, but it was less dirty than Novotel. I think it would be okay without the filter, but since the water has limestone, I recommend using a filter if possible. It is best to brush your teeth with the mineral water provided by the villa. The water quality in the pool was the best. Before going, I contacted Watcha and asked about the water quality in the pool. The answer was that they manage it by pH level, so not to worry, and the water quality was good as they said. Fourth. The service was so good I was worried because I didn't speak English well, but since there was a Watcha app, I could translate what I needed or was curious about in the room and send a text message to the staff in charge on Watcha, which was convenient For things like cleaning, we asked them to do it around the time we were planning to leave, and they also asked us to float breakfast so that we could eat it in the room, and they did everything Tipping is not required, but we were satisfied with the service we received and were grateful that they listened to our needs, so we showed our sincerity Lastly, when using the paid car service provided by the villa, the price varied depending on the staff in charge It was 200,000 rupees from the airport Novotel to the accommodation, but when we went back from the accommodation to the airport Novotel, they asked for 250,000 rupees, so we complained and they reduced it to 200,000 rupees Please note
