Ulasan Aloft Bali Kuta at Beachwalk

We were just here 2 weeks before. We returned to Australia then came back to Bali again l. This is our go to hotel when we arrive! We love this place!

This hotel is in a very convenient location. Right below the hotel is Beachwalk, a big shopping mall with lots of shops and restaurants. It’s also very close to the airport, which makes traveling really easy. The staff are super helpful and kind. The room is clean and has everything you need. The gym and swimming pool are also really nice. Highly recommended!

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. Its location right next to a shopping mall was super convenient for shopping.

Facilities: Very comprehensive, and breakfast was fully stocked. Hygiene: Staff were constantly cleaning. Environment: There's a large shopping center right downstairs, so all your dining, shopping, and entertainment needs are just an elevator ride away. Service: The front desk staff were very welcoming and always greeted me politely when I entered or left. They have a gym and a pool, and it would be absolutely perfect if they offered self-service laundry.

Facilities: Decent enough, the gym is definitely worth checking out! Hygiene: Could use some improvement. Environment: I'd give it full marks. The surrounding malls are a must-visit, though the beach was a bit dirty and cluttered, and the constant harassment from hawkers dampened my vacation mood. But that's not the hotel's fault. Service: Absolutely 100%! Especially the staff, who were warm, enthusiastic, and always eager to help with a smile.

The hotel service was excellent, and the location was fantastic. It's connected directly to a shopping mall, so you can easily walk to the Pop Mart store. Getting coffee in the morning was also very convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and massage places nearby, all within a 10-minute walk. The hotel is also a manageable 30-minute drive from the airport.

The twin room had two double beds. When housekeeping saw we had nowhere to dry our clothes, they brought a drying rack to our balcony, which was a thoughtful touch! We also received a cute little elephant souvenir. Breakfast was extensive and the gym was pretty good too. It's conveniently located near Beachwalk Shopping Center, making it easy to shop and dine. The only downside is the heavy traffic in Kuta.

The location was awesome as it’s connected to a shopping mall, however do note that the normal route is somehow restricted if you return to the hotel after 10pm as the shopping mall is closed. You are expected to make an extra walk. Generally speaking, the hotel staff were very kind and helpful. Highly recommend to all!

Absolutely loved this hotel! The service was incredibly warm and the room decor was so cozy. The location is fantastic, right inside a large shopping mall by the sea, and directly across from the beach. The pool is small but clean, and the hotel itself is beautiful. Overall, I was extremely satisfied!

The hotel is super convenient, right next to the mall, which was a huge plus. Service: The service was great. As soon as we checked in, they saw we had a child and offered us ice cream. We didn't take it though, as we were a little worried about the rumored 'dirty water illness' (no offense). Facilities: There's a swimming pool and a gym, both on the first floor. We spent a long time with our kid in the pool. They accidentally swallowed some pool water, but everything was fine. It was really good.

Facilities: Very comprehensive, especially the outlets are everywhere and don't require adapters. Cleanliness: Very clean, no strange smells at all. Service: All staff were smiling. The hotel breakfast was good, but you can't smoke or eat durian in the hotel. There was only one staff member who spoke Chinese, but luckily, I had a translation app. The room wasn't huge, but it was perfectly adequate. The bed was incredibly comfortable and super large, which was a huge plus. The only downside to the hotel was that there were too few elevators, and you had to walk a long way, but that wasn't really an issue. The shower water pressure was great and very comfortable. The hotel dinner was very poor; I'd recommend not booking it. There are many restaurants nearby, but it's hard to find food suitable for Chinese palates. Actually, this is true for the whole of Bali; the food is too Western-oriented.

The room was spotless and clean, and the service was warm and attentive. We had to leave early for an excursion, so they even packed breakfast for us to take on the go. It's right next to a large shopping center and Kuta Beach is just across the road. Very convenient for dining and getting around. Thumbs up! 👍

The room size is just right, spacious enough to open up and store luggage. The bed is large, and the cleanliness is good. Breakfast is abundant, but the water quality isn't great. I'd advise bringing a filter shower head and using bottled water for brushing your teeth.
