I love the ambient of the hotel, eventhough its quite old resort but facilities and cleanliness is good, breakfast also good have to walk a bit to get to restaurant which is at poolside. Walking distance to the shops and near ubud street market. Will stay again for my next visit.

The hotel is beautiful, the problem is that there are 2 lobbies and they are pretty far from each other. The second one (which was closer to my room) closes after 8 pm and there’s no one there, so if you need anything you need to go to the main lobby. (We needed an adapter for our chargers and they asked us to go ask to the main lobby, to return it and get the deposit back also needs to be done at the main lobby which is very inconvenient.) The other problem is that the room they gave us had a leak from the toilet and was very smelly, also the sink was blocked. We went to the reception next to our room but it was closed, we try to call the other reception but there was no info on the phone so we dialed 0 and it was ringing the reception next to us, so we had to go to the other side of the hotel and ask them to give us another room. They gave us another room and now the bathtub was blocked, we asked the staff the next morning and they kind of fixed it. I would definitely not stay there again.

The best hotel ever!! We loved it much. Area of this hotel is like a botanical garden. Everything is green and blossoms. There are many butterflies, beautiful insects, birds and even squirrels and frogs. Location is also perfect. Pool is super cool. Staff is very friendly .I advice to visit this hotel!

The hotel was great but our room was too far fr reception which caused a littler problem as our 2 years old son couldn't walk that far. If we had a stroller that would be great. Otherwise everything was fine if you see the price and nearby hotels. Plus, the breakfast was too simple, need to improve that

The resort is located in a good area. They are lot of shops around the area , exchange money places are also many. It is very convenient and easy to navigate around. The stuff are friendly and very helpful too. We had an amazing stay with my friend.

This place is like a quiet oasis in the middle of Ubud! The rooms are spacious and the swimming pool and restaurant serve good hearty meals! It’s a very comfortable and beautiful place to stay!
