The room was dark with only two small windows, like a prison cell. There were small bugs in the room. The hotel itself isn't big, but it's quiet and the service was okay. Breakfast was just so-so. The guests were mainly elderly Europeans and Americans. Overall, poor value for money.

Facilities: Apart from the shower being a bit inconvenient, everything else was very satisfactory. Cleanliness: There were some small ants, which I think is normal for a beachfront location. I had lunch at the restaurant, and the staff were super enthusiastic.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely loved our stay! We had a fantastic time here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful, comfortable and very well maintained, and the staff were absolutely wonderful — always friendly, welcoming and happy to help with anything we needed. The location was great and made it easy for us to get out and enjoy Bali, while still having a relaxing place to come back to at the end of the day. What really stood out for us was the hospitality. Everyone made us feel genuinely welcome, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. We leave Bali with some fantastic memories and would have no hesitation staying here again. The service was excellent, but the hotel is extremely old. If you're someone who can't stand old hotels, you should really look elsewhere.

I like this place, but there is some annoying lizards Beach perfect for relaxing

Excellent location and top-notch service! I had an early 6 AM checkout, and they kindly prepared a breakfast to go for me. It's a bit pricey, but perfect for special occasions like anniversaries or treating your parents.

I stayed at this hotel for three days, and overall it was great. The staff were all very enthusiastic, and the room was comfortable for resting. The private beach allowed me to watch the sunrise every day, which was very convenient. In the evenings, I enjoyed listening to the sea breeze from the beach loungers. My only complaint is that there were a lot of mosquitoes, but otherwise, everything was perfect.

Very old, the hotel really needs to be renovated! The drain of the bathtub/shower was blocked. The sound insulation was extremely poor. You can hear everything and the hotel staff starts to play instruments at 8am which is too early. We told the staff we would appreciate a bit of privacy and no need to come in for the clean-up for the day, but still somebody came in and left a note. Not the best experience.
