all i wanted to say , avoid this fake resort at all cost !! you just wasting your money! the room had so many ants, we requested our room to get clean since in the morning but they didn’t do it till i got back , breakfast juice was just a syrup mix with water , poor standard of breakfast! room had a problem with the curtains, bed sheets dirty asf ! asking for pool towels arrived 3 hrs later , very bad services !

Hi.. I love the location very much because it's been surrounded by nature. When u get up in the morning u can hear the bird chirping.. Having breakfast with the forest view & can get massage spa especially after a whole day ubud tour.The hotel staff is really friendly & helpfull.. Only one particular thing im not happy with the item in hotel room.. No soap, no hairdryer no cap bathrope as mention when I book in the apps.. I need to call reception to get it & when I ask for 1 pillow extra .. The said there's a group of guest coming so we can't but there is few room is no guest..overall every is good...

We extended one more night in a room with balcony. The room was prepared early at 10:00 and we could move after breakfast. We had a balcony room in the third floor with a nice view to the garden, Swimmingpool and the area around with palmtrees. We took a delicious dinner. The stuff was very friendly and served us very well. They fulfilled any wish we ever had. We had a good breakfast and We could check out late at 1pm. Thank you so much for the nice stay. We recommend this hotel as a quiet and nice hotel. Josef & Chuleeporn

The room was pretty good, mainly because it was cost-effective. The hotel service was pretty good, and there was a lady who spoke Chinese quite well. The hygiene was average, and the bathtub was something Chinese people probably wouldn't want to soak in 🙂↕️. There were geckos and ants in the room, but most hotels in Indonesia should have these. It's very close to Ubud Market and Ubud Palace.

Good, good room, cool air conditioning, no bailiffs, food service delivered to the room, good service, able to speak English, anyone coming to Bali Ubud, I recommend it.

Good facilities, good service, breakfast needs more variety, check-in preparation needs to be improved so that at 14:00, the room is ready. The WIFI in room 201 needs to be repaired, the cable is broken

It was a disastrous stay in this hotel. To start our stay off right, they gave us the wrong room, it was awful. We changed rooms 3 times, they were unhygienic, dirty sheets... and so on. Lizards come into your rooms and get into your things! The staff is nonchalant, not very welcoming. The rooms are not cleaned on time, it was up to us to tell them to clean the room. The breakfasts are not great either... nothing is fresh apart from the waffles. To conclude, it was a nightmare!!!

Not a bad hotel, but in need of renovation. the rooms do not correspond to reality (there was no kettle, no slippers (the bathroom smelled of dampness and smell from the toilet..(The area is not bad, 2 swimming pools, but also tired) The service is good here 5)

An excellent hotel with beautiful and well-kept grounds and a good cafe.
