Ulasan Kupu Kupu Jimbaran - Beach Club and Spa by l'Occitane Bali

When first arrived the hotel there was no one attend to us, we waited about 10mins and someone finally came. The hotel is very old, the lift is old and slow, can consider an upgrade on this. Swimming pool only the one at level 3 is well maintained. There was a cockroach in the room 🫠. The staffs were really friendly. Breakfast spread does not have much varieties, so it’s more or less the same everyday. There’s free buggy ride from hotel to nearby beach and seafood place.

Perfect stay great locations huge rooms management and staff couldn’t do enough for us. Will deffo return

Overall has a pleasant stay, the place is quiet. The restaurant behind the hotel serves good food.

Price is reasonable, room is big , old fashion style, good.

特色酒店，傳統風

짐바란아야나 가기전 하루 묵는 숙소로 결정했어요. 짐바란 시내랑도 가까웠고, 근처 맛집도 많아요. 호텔 로비부터 객실까지 진짜 발리스러움이 잘 느껴져서 너무 좋았습니다.

飯店設施比較舊，房間木頭地板很滑，家人摔倒還好沒大礙，要非常小心的走，頂樓泳池不大，沒什麼人用，所以自己享用時間較長，早餐種類不多，服務人員很親切。

酒店設施有點舊，一開始熱水沒有後給的熱水。早餐還行。交通方便。

We had an amazing experience with a fantastic massage at the spa. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful, making sure we were comfortable and enjoying our time. We were thoroughly impressed and will definitely be returning in the future. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and inviting, adding to the overall enjoyment of our visit. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch spa experience!

The room - the rooms are lovely decorated at Balinese style with comfortable beds; we slept in almost every day, the blackout curtains helped too. The room is equitable with every size towel, toiletries including a toothbrush should you forget yours. The pool - a good number of sun-beds, maybe a refresh would help. The reception is impressive and so is the spa, the deco is fab. The rest of the hotel can do with an update, it’s looking tired 😴, especially the lobby toilets. The beach club is fab! 😎 it has a great vibe, serves good cocktails and has plenty of sun-beds with umbrellas. It’s close to sea, other cafes and it’s good for daily life watching and views. The hotel staff are all so lovely and smiley 🥰 Overall we had a great time, thank you!

We ordered the 60-mins foot massage. Overall it was a good massage by Bu Candra and Bu Emi. The welcoming drink was great and we were offered a nice warm cup of ginger tea at the end of our treatment. However the place could be a little bit brighter and cleaner, and the air conditioning sound were a little noisy.
