Le Meridien Bali Jimbaran

We had a wonderful experience with Le Meridian, the facilities there were superb and the rooms there were amazing. The staff there made sure that we were well taken care of.

We really enjoy our three days stay at Le Meridien. It’s a comfortable and memorable experience. All the staffs we met are extremely friendly and helpful. The manager ERICA tried her best to fulfill our needs. We had three dinners at restaurants also breakfast, the food is very delicious. We also like the environment especially swimming pool. Having some cocktails during happy hours in the swimming pool bar is an unforgettable memory for us. Looking forward to come back again

Hotel itself is beautiful but across the street there is seafood grill restaurants, which is so smoky that we had to check out earlier and find another hotel.

Excellent service to the details. Appreciate the care and accommodate to our request during the entire stay. The breakfast was excellent too. Enjoy the hospitality from the staff!

This is my first time stay in Le Meridien Jimbaran although I have been to Bali 5 times.Love the environment of the hotel,so green,beautiful garden ,beautiful swimming pool and fish pool.Staffs are very helpful,polite and service is fast.room is big and comfortable.breakfast serves variety food ,local and western cuisine.the location is just beside the famous jimbaran seafood street.will stay again next trip in Bali

Le Meridian was a very pleasant stay. Aqua Suite had a gorgeous view overlooking the pool, room was spacious and well appointed. Lagoon pool is a delight to swim, relax and exercise in with the greenery and bridges adding to the tropical ambiance. Skybar was a great spot for evening drinks with an attractive atmosphere. Only detraction was the overwhelming amount of smoke emanating from the multitude of BBQ restaurants along the adjacent beach area. Shout out to the charismatic Smiley at pool and to the lovely staff in restaurant along with the Guest Relations Manager whom politely approached us at breakfast to make sure everything is fine.. 👍

The hotel is nice. I stayed for a few hours just to have a meal, but overall it’s good, and the location is also great.

I’ll break this down into a few categories: a) Property The property is a bit dated, but you can see they’re trying hard to maintain it. The lagoon pool is a nice feature, although it’s only 1.2 m deep so it’s more suited to kids. There are two restaurants — Bamboo Chic and the Sky Lounge Bar — plus a pool bar. The gym is small and mostly cardio-focused. A big highlight is the creche for babies and kids, which makes it very family-friendly. The rooms were spacious, the air-conditioning was strong (a big plus in Bali humidity), and overall the amenities were solid. b) Location It’s close to Jimbaran Beach and tucked away from the main road, so it stays quiet while still being near plenty of shops and restaurants. The best part is the street right behind the hotel, where you’ll find Jimbaran’s famous fresh seafood spots. c) Food & Beverage This was the biggest letdown and nowhere near Le Méridien standards. Breakfast was very basic with a limited spread. Restaurant food was average, and even the local Indonesian dishes were disappointing. You can honestly get better pizza from the shop right outside the hotel. I wouldn’t choose to dine here and the breakfast offering really needs improvement. The restaurant also lacks central air-conditioning — they only use fixed tower units — so if you arrive for breakfast after 9am, expect it to be uncomfortable. d) Staff & Service This is where the hotel truly shines. The staff were outstanding and made the stay enjoyable. They were proactive, responsive, and handled requests immediately without the usual “we’ll look into it” delays. We forgot something in the room and got a WhatsApp message after we landed home. Since a friend was arriving later, the staff coordinated with them and delivered the item to the airport. There were several other occasions where they went out of their way to help with our toddler. Honestly, the staff are the main reason I’d consider staying here again. e) Spa The spa is reasonably priced, offers a good range of treatments, and the therapists were very good.
