Baik. Jika tiada permintaan tambahan, gunakan sahaja sebagai hotel biasa. Meja depan tempahan pcr berkata bahawa ia akan datang ke hotel dan memberi saya kad perniagaan untuk orang asing menelefon sendiri, menelefon dan bertanya harga dan apa yang hotel berikan kepada saya. Ianya tidak sama. Saya tidak memberitahu saya apabila saya bertanya tentang surcaj. Akhirnya, saya pergi ke hospital untuk ujian. Katil besar terdiri daripada dua katil, dan restorannya sederhana. Adalah baik untuk tinggal di hotel biasa.

Nice hotel, not so modern but it has everything we need and it's right on the beach front.Tge staff members very accomodating.

A lovely experience at the Sanur Parma. Although an older hotel it is clean and the facilities were great. But for us, it was the wonderful welcoming,hard working staff that made our trip. Nothing was too much trouble, every interaction accompanied by a greeting and a smile. We would love to come back.

Prana Sanur Beach Bali - A 5-star hotel whose 5 stars are barely batting an eyelid. The sumptuousness of this hotel is still preserved in the lobby area and around the hotel, through the beautifully landscaped and maintained gardens. Otherwise the rooms are in need of a capital renovation, especially the bathrooms and interior hallways. Through the central air conditioning circuit there is a damp/musty smell which someone had the 'genius' idea of masking with a Glade stuck to the ventilation grille. The beach leaves a lot to be desired, lots of unclean seaweed and rubbish. The pools give the impression of a public swimming pool. The mid-breakfast not only includes Balinese coffee, an espresso is charged separately, 25K++. Absurd, again you can see the lack of five star concept. This is a hotel where especially on weekends a lot of co-nationals come, which at this level maxes out at 3*+.

Poor communication, was told 1 hr for the room to be ready, 2 and half hrs later still no room. Spent almost 500000 IDR at the bar while waiting, they kept saying room will he ready soon. No real attempt to compensate for it. 1 drink removed from the bill. But actually wasn't. The bar called my room saying I needed to sign for it, I spoke to reception about it, reception snapped at me and said it had been done. At dinner that night, that drink was added on to my bill. They said reception had not told them anything about it. Very embarrassing...finally resolved. The bed sheets, duvet cover and pillow cases were dirty and stained. Asked twice for them to be changed before they finally were. Asked for handsoap, it never arrived. Requested for the towels to be changed the next day but only the dirty ones were taken and none were replaced. Had to get soap, shower gel and towels from house keeping myself. The beach on what they call their private beach is very dirty. No attempt to keep it clean of rubbish that has washed up with the tide. Resort itself is ok, the restaurant options aren't the best but ok if only there for a short stay...not a great end to my trip. I was offered free transport to the airport which they claimed to be worth 450000 but grab only charge 850000 so not the greatest of gestures considering the stay was disappointing, especially the way the front of house reception team handled it all, and bearing in mind how much you actually spend on the resort with their over the top prices, tax and service charge added at the end....bar and restaurant staff were amazing however. Didn't have enough time to use the other facilities. Breakfast was edible, coffee was poor. But this seems to he the case in all hotels/resorts/homestay in Bali. If you want an espresso, cappuccino, latte or anything else you have to pay extra. At breakfast you only get the basic weak coffee.

Loved the accommodation, the location, the pools and towel service, the bike hire, the breakfast service, the cleanliness of rooms and the staff were all excellent. The various restaurants and bars on the premises were also excellent food and cocktail choices. Could not fault this accommodation. Would definitely return.

There is no doubt it is a grand entry to Prama. The gates at the entry + security and a big foyer give a sense of upmarket. The rooms are ok but very hotel style. The design of the complex definitely caters to large groups of people. The hotel is disabled and senior friendly. The room service is a plus for those with young children or guests with limited mobility. The staff are always professional and helpful. All up I can see why many guests return.

Just visiting from Canggu to escape the crowds for a short vacation. Always a favorite due to the location and access to the beach and surrounding warungs. Great staff down at the Bamboo Beach Bar for happy hour and sunset drinks. I would definitely recommend this resort which is priced fairly given the location and service.

Absolutely lovely resort, wonderful for families, great buffet breakfast, and the restaurants on site a delicious too! I definitely think Lado the Indonesian cuisine might be a bit looked over…my husband, son and I ate there and loved it.

The first room smelted damp and had no view, however we got room changed and it was good. The pool is big and not too crowded. I wished they announced more of activities such as morning yoga classes. Overall it was a great stay. I will come back when I find the attractive rate again.

Things we liked are the location which only few steps away from its own private beach, live music at night. Great kids swimming pool with multiple slides. Good mix selection of breakfast included bacon which pretty rare to find. Service is abit slow had to wait half of hour to check in.

The hotel is old fashioned but very spacious. Its location is the best because it is close to the beach. It has pools and gym and kids' indoor playground. You can even leave them there because they are supervised by the staff. Although the service can be slow.

This is about the sixth time we have stayed here and every time we are not disappointed. The facilities are fantastic, the staff are amazing and some remember us from each visit.
