First The room is very damp and there are mold spots everywhere. The tissues have a smell of cockroaches .Secondly, the bed sheets and duvet covers haven't been changed for a week. Even though I called the front desk twice, I found they were still the same as before. Thirdly, the shower facilities cannot be moved. You can only get wet by almost touching the wall. Fourthly, the WiFi is very poor and there is no signal for the mobile phone in the room. Fifthly, the cleaner took a tip but didn't clean it thoroughly. Sixth, it's extremely noisy every day. Staff members start chatting loudly by closing the door in the corridor at seven in the morning. Seventh, without Windows, the air quality is very poor and the experience is extremely bad.

Hotel is really nice but internet is very slow other all great

I booked hotel in the last minutes but recieved the warm welcome neitherless. It was connected 2 rooms for family of 4. Breakfast are good & coffee is even better :-) Convenient shop is opposite, eateries are all around, 10 mins walk to Legian beach. The staffs are friendly & professional. There is live music on Sat night too. Its a very remarkable stay with the hotel.

Good place to stay

Not too bad but not too good either. Its just an okay hotel nothing special. Beach is walkable from the hotel around 15 to 20 minutes walk.

Not bad good spot close to beach and good resturants cheap value for money great staff....

Basic amenities provided. The breakfast buffet is average. You basically get just what you pay for.

We had a very enjoyable 8-day stay at The Sun Hotel and Spa in Kuta. The hotel is conveniently located near Beachwalk, the rooms were comfortable, and the overall experience was pleasant. We didn’t try the breakfast, so can’t comment on the food, but everything else was great!

Everything is going well with the location and everything near by like can walking around and also near by the beach easy to walk around but a bit anointed bc they have live music on but it ok to me. My room was so clean and comfortable bed.

The hot water we love it…locations also good but the breakfast most of the food are too salty…the rooms also too small…and the free bottles water are too big for each which we don’t like to use the glasses for drinking …so included breakfast but not satisfied with the foods…
