Hotel 2 Bintang di Bali

Good for a short stay. Location is a bit off the main activity street but very close to the beach (only 10 minutes walk trough a labyrinth of small streets). Not a convenient place if you’re dragging your luggage. Stay here for the price. Facilities are not maintained like the shower head and curtains. Will stay here again.

Upon arriving, hotel said my name was not registered in their booking system, even though I paid fully already for 4 nights. They said this once happened also to another guest. Fortunately staff were politely sorry. I was asked to wait around 1.5 hr at the lobby while their marketing team came and offer me another hotel with very little discount. The new hotel ”WARJI BISMA” was offered is only 15 min car ride. But the condition of the new hotel is much below my expectation and lack of basic stuff compared to Adi Jaya hotel. There is no towel ready in the bathroom. Floor and bathroom are dirty I travelled alone but only Twin room available. Wifi is beyond horrible. Connection cut off every 5 min On my last day, there was no water for several hours On top of that the little discount refund that I promised came late (after I checked out) Overall Im dissapointed with Adi Jaya hotel service with Trip.com the only good thing is the staff are polite and helpfull.

Arrivées à 19h pour récupérer notre chambre le réceptionniste nous annonce avec nonchalance qu’il n’y en a plus de disponibles. Nous lui montrons donc notre réservation effectuée 3 semaines auparavant mais il nous explique qu’aucune chambre n’est disponible car 3 sont inutilisables. Aucune solution nous est proposée ni aucune excuse de la part de l’hôtel avec comme seule réponse d’aller voir ailleurs. Nous avons essayé de lui expliquer que la moindre des choses aurait été de nous prévenir et d’annuler la réservation mais le réceptionniste ne nous écoutait déjà plus étant simplement assis derrière son bureau. La scène ne s’arrête pas là puisque qu’une personne arrive ensuite pour récupérer une chambre (réservée 3 jours à l’avance alors pourquoi annuler la notre afin de continuer à prendre des réservations si il n’y a plus de chambre disponible ?) mais encore une fois le réceptionniste incapable de trouver cette réservation ni de solution. Ensuite, deux autres personnes sont arrivées pour demander au minimum des draps propres au vu de la saleté de la chambre. Elles nous explique l’état de la chambre avec des draps sales et de la moisissure. Finalement, l’hôtel semble nous avoir fait un cadeau en nous offrant l’impossibilité de loger dans cet hôtel d’une propreté a fuir et d’un service inexistant.

really love it. the hotel in a very stategic location. near to anywhere we want to go. near from the airport (can be a transit hotel), 15 minutes to the famous Kuta Beach. surrounding by many indonesian food outlet. and also 5 minute walt to the famous t'shirt store ”Joger”. friendly staff. we'll be back.

We originally booked the hotel for two weeks, but as soon as we checked in, we realized we wanted to stay here longer. This is a very good hotel with excellent service and views. Many thanks to Wayan and Kadek for our comfortable stay at the hotel. Spacious rooms with great views of the rice fields. The rooms are spotless as they are cleaned every day. Friendly and responsive owners who will help you solve any problem related to accommodation. Delicious and varied breakfasts (especially the vegetarian omelette). Wi-Fi does not catch at some points, but after a couple of days the ”Internet map” will become apparent and there will be no problems.

Var meget tæt på det lokale liv i Denpassar hvilket var meget fedt. McDonald’s, kfc og lokale restauranter alle sammen indenfor 5min gå gang. Service var ikke noget særligt. Ingen problemer ihverfald så alt godt. Toilettet var stadig beskidt og det var skabene også. Der var eget toilet med det man skulle bruge. Ingen toiletpapir eller varmt vand.

Room is value for money and is clean and modern. Air-con may need to service as it is not cold. Liquid shampoo and soap could have been provided.
