Hotel and facilities are great for young families and groups. The back gate closing at 6 can be annoying, but nothing that can't easily be overcome with a taxi. The hotel may consider alternate security options to better offer flexibility on this, but overall,the gate is not a major issue. The biggest negative is the continued acceptance for guests to smoke around the hotel facilities including those heavily populated with others, and especially children. This includes the pool areas. No smoking signs are not a detterant and not enforced and have become meaningless. As much as the hotel offers good facilities, the smoke from others and the hotels acceptance of this and therefore disregard for the health of others is very sad to see.

Dynasty is the place to be if you have kids! Ours 11, 9 and 7 absolutely loved it. Great kids club with movie night, fun games all day in the pool, great water slide and for us, the happy hours and swim up pool bar were great! Rooms are on the smaller side but didn't spend much time in there. Location is close to everything you need...massages, shopping, supermarket, minimart and waterbomb. Will definitely be going back!

Stay 1 nigth at the Primebiz Hotel Kuta, good points are : prime location, close to kuta beach as well as Air port, good room environment, good sheet, duvvee as well as pilow, proper amenities, water spray & proper hot water spread last but not least close to KRESNA the famous *oleh²*. Things need to be improved : towel a litle bit become grey color, poor variety of break fast menu, receptionist did not show their pation as hotelier.

1. The aircon was very loud and noisy . Informed staff and they sent a workman to fix it the next day . It made no difference. They offered to send someone in the following day but i felt it was becoming an invasion of privacy so declined 2. Mosquitoes in the room . I recommend nets over the bed as i was a feast for them overnight . The staff offered fly spray but i didnt want to inhale the toxic staff while there. I checked out a night early as i didnt feel this to be a relaxing experience. The hotel is reasonably priced though and the grounds and architecture pleasant otherwise

Fantastic ! We did a room update. We paid for a 2 bedroom + pool villa ocean front stay. It’s fantastic. Deserved the updated. The resort is a relax oasis. 2 nights and 3 fully days. Fantastic Complain : The restaurant isn’t a cheap. 2 people a dinner: easily 500K

Good location, great friendly staff, clean rooms, fantastic service. Our housekeeper Yoga did a great job of making cute towel origamis daily. Buggy service good between restaurant / concierge to the aft rooms. Breakfast was good but pancakes took a little to make and we felt that all the food had a sweet taste even though we asked for spicy. Within a 20-minute distance from Seminyak beach, 15 min to the Breeze and 10 minutes from Seminyak village and the Flea market. Warung Nia where they do the Balinese cooking classes is also about 12 to 15-minute walk. The hotel also has a laundry service and there are quite a few laundry services right near the hotel. If you walk out the side or main road entrance, there are restaurants, supermarkets and bars in the vicinity ✊
