Oh wow what can I say what a great time. The staff are really helpful and friendly. They just know how to make someone feel good and relaxed. The breakfast are good. You can even arrange for the water sports and a bike to drive around on the island. Good prices . We even stayed an extra night.

Sanctoo staff were all respectful and went the extra mile for us especially the two ladies who checked us in. The room is little tired however still very nice. One advice to the hotel is to please upgrade the food quality, we stayed at 5 different hotels during our time in Bali and Sanctoo’s food was the worst in terms of quality of the food and presentation. Breakfast buffet is a very sad experience with hardly anything on offer. We did however enjoy our floating breakfast besides the food. The staff are very gifted individuals in hospitality and for that reason alone I would come back.

Vila adalah seperti yang ditunjukkan dalam gambar. Kakitangan sangat baik dan membantu. Kami menginap di villa no.9 yang agak jauh dari kelab hutan supaya tidak terganggu dengan pesta yang diadakan setiap hujung minggu. Terdapat perkhidmatan ulang-alik dari hotel ke pusat bandar Ubud sekitar 5-6 kali sehari. Mereka mempunyai 1 restoran dan 1 kelab. Restoran dibuka untuk sarapan pagi dan makan malam. Kelab ini dibuka untuk makan tengah hari, makan malam dan pesta malam. Tetapi kelab hanya mempunyai menu permulaan dan hidangan sampingan, tiada hidangan utama. Tetapi anda boleh memesan makan di dalam bilik ke vila anda. Kelas spa dan yoga juga sangat bagus. Kelas yoga percuma pada pukul 7 pagi. Ringkasnya, tempat ini indah dengan harga yang boleh diterima.

Stayed for 5 nights in a 2-bedroom villa with private pool. The good: - Large swimming pool - Large king beds with comfortable quilts and pillows - Excellent location, close to everything in Canggu and nothern Seminyak - Warm and generally helpful staff The less-than-good: - No restaurant/breakfast as indicated on booking. Arrange for your own breakfast. - Swimming pool had no ladder, so it's challenging getting in and out. Chlorine was quite strong and the concrete seat in the pool was chipping off, so be cautious. - Only 1 small table n 2 chairs provided for a 4-pax villa. - Bathrooms are fully open (expect some insect friends and a stray cat) and the doors are transparent glass with no curtain/blinds. Overall a good stay worth the money for those on a budget. Good place for a comfortable sleep if you are not super picky.

We stayed here for 4 nights, the staff here are really sweet, humble and friendly! But the amenities are really bad, the toilets are so worn out, the air conditioning is so bad, we were sweating out during the nights and they couldn’t do anything about it because the other villas were fully booked. The breakfast was ok, they sent it to our villa and we got to choose what we want the night before. They really need to upgrade the place with better amenities, we can’t blame the staff. The area was conveniently located in the city area. But otherwise it was subpar.

The villa was very clean and tidy. The bed and the pool were kept neat and clean at all times. I would highly recommend trying their floating breakfast in your private pool. It was indeed one of the best breakfast experiences i have ever had. They had a few options in choosing the breakfast menu, and everything was very delicious. Their staff was extremely friendly and were always there for help

Thank you very much for our memorable stay in “Origin Ubud”. We bookies 2bedm. villa, but cause of the overbooked the hotel couldn’t provide it, they kindly gave us 2 villas. All the staff were kind and helpful, villas were clean and nice. It’s not so fare away from the Ubud centre, and we with two kids can reach it easily. The variety of breakfast it good, western style as well as local. You can contact with the reception by WhatsApp which is very convenient. Whatever you wants just text. If we will come back Ubud for sure will stay again here. Thank you🫶🏻

Check-in was delayed as the housekeeping department needed more time to ensure that the room is in good condition. Stayed in the Buyan room for 3 days, 2 nights and was disappointed with how noisy the room was; the noise came from the pool and it is constantly noisy. I also requested to borrow a universal plug but service staff mentioned that all of theirs were on loan to others. Even till the next day, there isn't one that was provided to me. Thankfully a staff was kind enough to lend me his personal charger for a few hours upon request. The entire stay at the villa was not entirely a pleasant one. For instance, the bath tub is faulty and water keeps draining away. During check-out, I was also accused of drinking a can of Cola from their mini-bar. Villa is about a 10 minute walk away from the main road. Pros: friendly staff, good dining options at the main road, lift access to the room, complimentary drinking water, spacious room Cons: as mentioned above

Staffs are helpful and will come at your request when you need the insect repel incense or sweeping up the insects / dirts from the villa pool. Water is quite unclean as I got rashes on my legs after going into the pool. Don’t think the pool water has been changed.. It’s a near to nature villa so do expect different kinds of insects appearing and sounds at night and there’s a lizard right on top of the bedroom ceiling and keep popping on the same bed spot :( But for the beauty of the villa and being a mini perfect house, and very hearty breakfast, I’ll give it 5 stars :)
