This is my second stay in 2023 and it did not disappoint. I usually come with my husband and family but had a week solo and chose this hotel. Not only have we had wonderful holidays here in the past, being on my own, I liked the idea of security at the gate. I stayed in a pool view deluxe and although these rooms are a little dated, it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Having a welcome platter of fruit was a lovely touch and much appreciated. The lovely staff are another reason we return again and again to this hotel. Lintang is a wonderful asset to this hotel and makes me feel like family. Wirik in the restaurant realised I was travelling alone and went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable and had a friendly smile and chat for me each morning. She does an excellent job and also makes me feel like family The pool is one of the best in Sanur. Perfect temperature and huge, so you never feel crowded and can move around freely. It would be good if there were more lounges though. Pool bar staff are lovely and efficient. The hotel is located a short distance from the beach and has numerous excellent restaurants out front. It’s an easy walk to night markets as well Lastly, the security guards were wonderful. Very diligent at their jobs and so friendly and helpful to me. The Swissbel is my go to hotel in Sanur. It’s such great value for money and its buffet breakfast is great. Try a themed dinner night as the food is sensational and great value being “all you can eat”! Thanks again Swissbel, we will be back!

We booked this hotel last minute and was impressed to be given the pool access room. Hotel seemed to be under mantainece probably after covid hits . Loved the surfer feels. Pool is super freezing so we didn't swim . Tv channels in unwatchable at all. Not many channels and very very grainy. Room itself feels clean. BUT very very disappointed to find a dead coackroach in the toilet. Location is near legian food court where halal food can be found . Its near many shops so location wise is almost perfect too. Hopefully after the mantainece in future it will be a better stay . Especially the TV channels and cleanliness ( due to the coackroach) Other than that we enjoyed our stay there .

Arrived quite late and checked out in a hurry so didn’t have time to take photos, but the room I stayed in, size wise was acceptable. The hygiene was another story. Floor was rather dirty, in all corners were spots of mould. Bed sheets had stains.. so was the curtains 🫠

Saya telah menikmati penginapan saya di sana. Tidak mempunyai banyak masa untuk pergi ke kolam renang tetapi bilik saya di tingkat bawah adalah menyenangkan dan bersih. Katil agak lembut mengikut citarasa saya tetapi tidak mengapa. Kakitangan membantu dan menyenangkan. Bercakap bahasa Inggeris yang baik. Banyak tempat makanan berdekatan dan ia adalah lokasi yang sesuai.

The Neo + hotel Is located down a side alley right near the Bali memorial. The hotel is a rectangular shape with the majority of the rooms looking over the centre of the Courtyard. This is a mid range hotel and the rooms are a reasonable size and there is a bed, a safe, a bar fridge, tea & coffee making facilities, and a midsized lcd TV which is a little outdated. There's a convenience to just across the street and it's within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants' hotels and night life. The location is good and because it's set rock down an alley it's quiet at night, and I would have no problem staying here again

I am visiting family in the area so needed to stay in a hotel nearby.on first impression the photos looked perfect. However,on arrival I was shown to a room on the ground floor which wasn’t clean, was dated and broken plastic around the shower area which I felt was unhygienic and a safety concern. The patio doors wouldn’t lock which as a solo traveller didn’t make me feel safe. I asked at reception to be moved. After a few minutes of discussion I was told I could move to a “new” room on the third floor overlooking the pool. First impression it was definitely an improvement but definitely not a “new” room. Paint peeling, laminate wood peeling, broken kettle, no fridge. A new kettle and an old fridge was then replaced. The bath and the basin were not clean with a ring of scum. The room was superficially cleaned daily by very friendly and willing cleaners. Bed linen and towels changed regularly. 2 bottles of water daily was a plus. Nowhere to put hand soap by the basin which meant crossing the room to get soap? The design of the room not thought through. Mirrors so high you could barely see unless on tip toe and I’m average height. Velvet chairs a hotel theme and not very practical for a tropical country. The safe deposit box didn’t work and despite asking it remained the same. The incessant piano music in the morning same reel which was eventually changed after I complained… the afternoon it changed to pop music but again the same reel… and no I did not want to be woken at 630 -7 every morning with piano music does anyone? Cockroaches in the room …. When I complained I was given a spray. Overall the hotel served its purpose of being close to my family. The staff were very friendly and kind which I really appreciated.

Dripz Coffee under the actual Eden Hotel provides great coffee plus meals, snacks etc. Friendly and helpful staff!! We have had many breakfasts at Eden Hotel - very nice and great value!! We had American breakfast, and there is also an option of a buffet breakfast. Thank you to many helpful staff including Juni, Ari Arum and Satria from Dripz Coffee.

I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service). What a great post service! With this kind of service, I really recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Thank you Grand Sovereign, Matur Suksma Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL. 👍👍🙏🙏

Really nice hotel in the ITDC area of Nusa Dua, easily accessible, safe and with a long pool and an Indonesian Style buffet breakfast. The rooms are a good size and very clean, well worth the price. Staff are super friendly and helpful, they are incredibly polite and accommodating to guests . Special shout-out to Dewak who was very very helpful throughout my stay here and helped me out without fail. He knows the area well too and so gave me good recommendations for coffee places and places to get good food and drink! Will stay here again for sure!

Had very pleasant stay here. The room was very big, acc worked very well and quietly. Bed very comfortable. Beautiful garden and pool. Location is great too, easy to reach every part of the island. Stuff friendly and helpful. Only downside is the food, but if you like fried rice and noodles you’ll be fine. Anyway very close to resort there is nice place to eat. Would definitely recommend and stay there once again. Very good value for the money. Oh and there is very well equipped gym!

Great room on 2nd level overlooking pools joining level 1 rooms with private balcony. rooms were very tidy and had everything we needed. Walk to beach via Restaurant, Bar and pool. Great walkway along the beachfront as well as a number of alternate locations for meals. Beach was clean and a nice change from the pool. Out on the street some brilliant massage locations and shopping without the hustle and bustle of Kuta and Ubud. Friendly helpful staff topped off the experience. definitely back again .

PPengguna Tanpa NamaAbsolutely beautiful hotel. The largest, most impressive place we've ever stayed in. The level of service and care was far beyond what we could have imagined. Pools and beach are excellent. We visited some other areas and the beaches were quite dirty and not pleasant at all, so we really appreciated how well maintained ours was. Our only complaints (purely so they could improve that last %10) would be: A few areas were quite dirty. Felt a bit like they think no one would look there, so why bother The spa was very nice, especially the design, but felt quite rushed and not as attentive as it could be. We also arranged for the outdoor bath at the end of the massage, but it wasn't very pleasant due to the state of the bathtub itself. Food is OK. Definitely in no way bad at all. But just OK. Our room had an annoying door to link 2 rooms together, which is very outdated and quite annoying as there is basically an open hole between the rooms. Our neighbours were very noisy and we could hear everything including their screaming kids. You will also hear everything upstairs, including the house keeping carts going down the hallways. Not quite sure why, but it was definitely quite noisy unfortunately. Overall though, a very very nice hotel and highly recommended. And again, the staff were amazing.

PPengguna TetamuStrategic Cliff location with scenic view of the Nusa Dua seaside as I stayed in the Cliff Tower - executive room 914 and later 1014 Excellent customer service - polite, friendly and accommodating staff always smiling & greetings guests Very comfortable, spacious executive room with a balcony which overlooks the pools, garden and beach area. Very big spread of food & drink variety in Grain restaurant. Healthy and good taste Good selection of wines and fruit drinks in the executive lounge. The snack food were little options and always not enough - room for improvement here. The fitness centre at L1 is spacious but only basic equipment with some free weights. Would need more equipment such as lat pull down, bench/shoulder press, legs extension & curls. Overall excellent stay and will look forward to future holidays here.

Malam pertama kami bangun dengan hidung tersumbat dan hilang selera sebahagiannya. Jika anda mengambil berat tentang keselamatan kesihatan anda, saya tidak mengesyorkan semuanya terutamanya jika anda mempunyai anak Elakkan hotel ini. Lokasinya hebat, pantai tidak begitu selesa untuk berenang (ombak besar). Perkhidmatannya hebat. kami terpaksa menggunakan tangga memandangkan beberapa bahagian hotel telah rosak lif. ke mana-mana sahaja kami pergi kami dikenakan bayaran 5℅ untuk perkhidmatan tetapi yang ini 10℅. Fikir dua kali sebelum menempah hotel ini.

This stay we were not told about the breakfast not being buffet style well at least being dramatically downsized and put out the front at Papas Beach Cafe. The selections were bland and mostly asian style nothing like it was in October and that was why we rebooked! The pool deck is a accident waiting to happen very very dangerous. My daughter room key was re programmed at least 20 time is 6 days very very frustrating with 3 little boys in tow to have to go from 1 end of the property to the other to report it. On the good side the staff are amazing so friendly welcoming and 10/10 to the chef at Papa's cafe for inviting the 3 boys into the kitchen to make and prepare and serve the best Pizza's I have ever eaten. The Alam KulKul is in a great position and the staff are worth staying for but quite a bit needs to be done to make it great

Lebih kurang 3 ke 4 meter.. Bilik ini pada asasnya tidak mempunyai pengudaraan, jadi apabila anda sampai di tingkat 1, ia menjadi sangat lembap ... Jadi saya berpindah ke tingkat 2. di sini juga Lebih baik TT Mercun di hadapan pantai sekitar jam 9.10 malam. Ia meletup, tetapi hei~~ Kuasa api ㅠ.ㅠ Ia membuat banyak bunyi..ㅋ Saya fikir ia adalah bom yang meletup...Tetapi saya tidak melakukannya selepas pukul 10 untuk melihat sama ada saya mempunyai hati nurani ..

PPengguna TetamuWe have just completed a magical 10 days at Wyndham Jivva Beach. We are long term Wyndham members (owners) and have stayed at many of their hotels and resorts. Jivva Beach rates at the top of the list for us. It's just far North East of Denpasar to be out of the rat race but still within easy reach of Sanur and other tourist attractions. Apart from its idyllic setting, the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. A special mention to the head chef Gusti who has a wealth of experience at 5 star international hotels. His leadership ensured a high level of cuisine at every meal. And Wijaya, the food and beverage manager led a team of wait staff which would be hard to beat anywhere. There are no shops close by, but we booked half day tours using local drivers at very reasonable prices (IDR 600,000 for 5 hours), so we were able to visit many local attractions. We also took the ferry to the island of Penida across the Badung Strait ~ well worth the time to do this. We were surprised that the beach (which is very close), is made of black sand ~ not a problem for us, but maybe for some. In essence, we love Wyndham Jivva and intend to visit again in 2024.

PPengguna TetamuAmazing hotel 1 the best in Kuta when it comes to the location, standards and keeping the resort clean and in perfect condition. Rare in Bali! the rooms are extremely comfortable, with full amenities and extremely well maintained. Beautiful Balinese style with high end products, similar standards with any international Hotels. Amazing pool size middle of a beautiful landscape, just hard to believe you are at the heart of Kuta. Breakfast is one of the best around Kuta too. So much choice to accommodate large nationalities, from Balinese, Indian, asia, continental, international etc… The staff is just amazing, extremely friendly and efficient. Nothing is perfect in life and things can happened! just address it to the front office and in the next 5 minutes someone will fix your issues, including technical issues you could have in your room. Ayu at the front office is a gem! what an asset to the Ramayana. She is so efficient and professional. Same with Endra at the Gabbah restaurant - what an amazing waiter! kindness and so professional with perfect English skills…. just another amazing asset to the Ramayana. The Resort manager is new and what a difference since he joined the Ramayana - he is everywhere, extremely friendly and really manage the property extremely well. My only negative comment will be the pool water temperature - too cold , the water should be heated same as any 5 starts hotel . Many guests were saying the same things…. pool water temperature should be warmer. Nevertheless it is my favorite hotel in Kuta 15 minutes away from the Airport in front of Kuta Beach….

KKelly ShaunLoved the interior of the room, very Balinese style room with a bath tub, the room size is good and very affordable.. hotel location other wise is really out of no where, not close to any restaurants or convenient store. Luckily we can order grab.. but still not much activity available in the hotel except for massage and spa, pool bar is not open, no one actually goes to the pool. It's near to nature so quite a bit of insects.. Staff and friendly and helpful.. There is only 1 restaurant and price wise is not cheap and food is not nice as well.. we were given bread and butter before our meal but even our butter is tasteless,unsalted.. the curry is very watery.. I guess after trying so many nice food around Asia, our taste buds can be quite picky so for the price paid, the food does not satisfy our desire for good food.
