Pengalaman pertama kali menginap bersama keluarga, untuk lokasi guest house sangat baik, ada indomaret disebelah,warung makan lumayan banyak,masjid tinggal jalan 50 meter, tapi untuk kebersihan kamar mandi masih kurang, kamar mandi berbau. Dan parkiran kalau bawa mobil, berebut dengan tamu lain nya.

Best Hotel anywhere. the rooms are nice, clean ,very comfortable and all that for sure..however what makes is GREAT IS THE STAFF..from Parking guys, to housekeeping to Mami Vika the place is great.. EVEN BETTER IS THE RESTAURANT.. HI BOS..APA KABAR.. βΊοΈ i have been there many times..they are my Family.. Kika, Laily, Mega, Said, Asrul, ....,EVERYONE EVERYONE EVERYONE TREATS ME LIKE A KING.. Breakfast is a buffet but they will not let me go there.. they sit me down and get me my eggs, teh, fresh fruit and when i stop in during they day they get me es teh no gula.. i make sure to go to a fancy shop that sells very good chocolate Bars and buy 6 assorted big ones for them and A bottle of Wine for Kika and Laily to share. the food is 10000% PERFECT, THE CHEF MAKES GREAT MEALS.. THIS IS MY FAMILY IN BALIKPAPAN. I WOULD GIVE THE ENTIRE HOTEL AND EVERY SINGLE PERSON THERE 10 STARS.. THE TULIPE BAR IS ALSO GREAT FUN..GUYS BINTANG TIDAK BAGUS,CORONA BAGUSπ€£π€£ the pool is perfect, clean and big. they also do Weddings and events for different Holidays and if you want a mind boggling beautiful wedding meal..Kika and rest will make your wedding beyond perfect..EVERY SINGLE MEMBER OF KITCHEN AND RESTAURANT STAFF WORK AS A TEAM MAKING DREAMS COME TRUE LOVE PAPA

Kamar bau asap rokok, gorden kotor, jendela bisa di buka padahal tulisannya di kunci pihak hotel, berdebu, air dari wc merembes keluar, air panasnya ga ada!
Ga lagi deh, cukup sekali mending guest house 100rb an daripada hotel 300rban

PPengguna Tanpa NamaLocation is wonderful. But little dirty and too much noisy. I can hear clearly the outside store music sound until late time and traffic sound also. For the more, The room was not soundproofed at all, so I could hear sounds from the room next door and the hallway very clearly.

PPengguna TetamuThis is probably the best hotel in Balikpapan. The room is clean and comfortable. All the staffs are polite and professional from the front desk to the F&B department. The room service menu could be improve further but I love my Ayam Penyet and Soto Soup. Excellent food. Bfast buffet spread was also very good. Thanks to Karen and Inka for always making sure that all our needs are met. We will be back again soon.

AAslam KaderLocation was good. Next to a mall. Mall was pretty much empty tho. Room was okay as I stayed only for one night. Might have to give a little bit attention on the floor carpet. There's some strangr smell once you reach your floor. Breakfast option was good. Overall for the price I paid, it was a good choice for business travellers.

Midtown express balikpapan is located in a central town. walking distance with mall, atm, food hall and business purpose. when i noticing this hotel actually 2 star but they had a very decent room facility and breakfast just like a 3 star + complete amenities and they changed it daily, they even give me an additional mineral water. room was compact and modern. suits on me! cleanliness was perfect. i'm happy with the variety of breakfast. complete nutrition; protein, carbo, fish, and few of jajan pasar. The staff service trully excellent. glad to say that the hotel management give them a proper well trainning - although the hotel was fullbooked, hotel staff still give the guest name recognition. - fast respond in every aspect. i request to laundry by morning and its ready by the afternoon. i just asking to the housekeeping βis it my laundry already finished?β they say hold on, let us check. and the next 2 minutes my laundry is being delivered to my room. wow! same thing when i request a tiny little help and they just doing excellent. So happy to say that i do have a wonderful time in Midtown Express Balikpapan. keep up your good work

Served food is very delicious with reasonable price.
All staff very polite to help any assist if required.

If I get plan then will drop again.

The staffs here very polite and helpful.
We try the free facilities (whirl pool, sauna and steam). Really makes us comfortable and relax.
Wide range selection of breakfast menu. Love it.

PPengguna TetamuI checked in on 11 PM. There was no receptionist at the ground floor at my tower. The security told me that the 24 hour receptionist is on the 7th floor at the other tower. I must walked through water boom area that only partially covered by roof and that time the rain was falling. It could be better if I enter the hotel through the other tower. At the receptionist I must wait around 10 minutes because they were handling another guests. When it was my turn they found my room have been registered by my company but they were not sure whether someone have been checked in to my room or not. Then they must check directly to my room and I had to wait for another 10 minutes. After got my key I must walk through the water boom area again and it was still raining. Finally I could enter my room, but I found the blanket have some stains and the mat in the bath room was really dirty. I just opened the blanket and put away the mat. The room was small. The shower area in the bath room was also very narrow. When I wanted to check out on 7 AM I called the receptionist where should I check out and they said I must check out at the same receptionist with last night because the receptionist on my tower was not open yet. So I must walk again through the water boom area and it was still raining.

MmarymMy husband and I really liked our stay here. It was very clean and comfortable. The shared area and kitchen was nice. The staff were great. There are lots of restaurants nearby. Unfortunately the noise from the mosques ruined our sleep but that's normal in Balikpapan.
