Stay was vey quite , easy exccess, very convenient for over nite stay as i was out at Ballarat for business. Over all i love the place.

The place is clean, nice, quiet and cheap. The cleaning lady is lovely and does an amazing jobšš»šš» I was supposed to stay here for one day, but I extended and stayed here for four days instead because I really like it here!

Overall is reasonable, cheap accommodation solution.
The building is very old and smells like it too - even with the window open all afternoon and ceiling fan on it was impossible to escape the mustiness. The floors are super creaky and the āsound proofingā isnāt really sound-proof - being on top of a pub and next to train crossing - but does the job enough. I didnāt realise the bathroom (& kitchenette) were shared spaces and that itās literally on top of a pub that has live music - so that was a reminder to read the fine print. The facilities were very clean (other than the car park which could do with a mow and a tidy up) and for accommodation on a budget it did the job. Large comfy bed, large screen tv, wifi, etc. Shower pressure not great nor did the hot water last long so be ready for a speedy one!

Loved the atmosphere and bands, its nice and quiet in the accommodation area though if you want to get your head down.
Disliked the lack of menu choices, however there are numerous eating spots within easy walking distance from the hotel..

It was clean wasn't informed untill check in it was on third floor and no lift. I walk with a stick. Sharing toilets and showers only received a towel. Didn't see anyone at check-in just code to get into each floor.

Absolutely worth the money!! I just changed my accommodation from mount Helen therefore I donāt have a place to stay, thatās when I searched this place which attracts my eyes straight away. This is a place to offer you a place that feels more like home than a hotel. I lived from Monday to Wednesday night , therefore the bar downstairs didnāt bother me too much. I really like the environment here as itās hygienic, everything is in order and the bed linens and sheets are perfect clean. Although the bathroom is sharing, it doesnāt bother me too much as other guests are very polite and didnāt make anything that makes me feel uncomfortable. I would definitely recommend if you are trying to find somewhere just staying for couple of nights and feels like home!
