Hotel Baltimore dengan Kolam Renang

Ini adalah kali pertama saya datang ke hotel ini. Saya berasa sangat dialu-alukan kakitangannya sangat baik dan profesional, bersih. Ia membuatkan saya berasa selesa biliknya adalah bilik mandi yang menakjubkan. Saya tidak mahu meninggalkan apa yang saya suka ialah nama saya tertera di TV. Saya pasti akan kembali lagi tidak lama lagi.

This is a beautiful hotel, close to Inner Harbor activities and sports stadiums. From the moment I arrived and throughout my stay all of the staff were VERY helpful. I would particularly like to recognize Folu O., from the night staff who helped me after another hotel cancelled my reservation. Recognizing my situation, he gave me nice room and a late checkout, so my granddaughter could enjoy the aquarium, and giving us an easy checkout in the afternoon.

We've stayed here before and enjoyed it, so we chose this as our hotel when visiting the area again. However, this hotel is lacking in several ways, one of them is service. We arrived in the evening and the elderly valet came out, not to help, but to tell us we couldn't park in the courtyard. We were going to valet, so we weren't parking but going to unload our luggage as we did last time. As we began unloading, the man came out pulling the luggage cart I was going to get. As he was rolling it our way, someone walked into the courtyard distracting him and he let go of the cart still in motion, walked off, and allowed the cart to ram into our new car. I was loading the cart, I told him we would do it, he took over and put my $500 carryon on the top where it wasn't secure, pulled the cart and sent it flying. My luggage went rolling leaving gashes in all sides of it. We rented a mobility scooter delivered to the hotel and the same valet didn't understand what the customer service clerk kept telling him, which was to retrieve the scooter from the valet closet. Finally, he figured it out, went to the closet and did not understand how to turn it on. Because of this, I had to walk to the closet on my crutches, go inside, and find the scooter. Once in, I asked for the key, no one knew what I was talking about. We eventually made it to the room and the same man asked if we wanted our luggage left in the hall? No, we wanted it in the suite, so he pulled the cart in. We asked about the mini fridge, he said there had to be one but he didn't know where. Upon checkout, we wanted in the room over an hour for the cart that never showed. Every time we called, they put us on hold and never picked up. I went down on my crutches where one attendant was just sitting, asked for a cart, the cart was brought and left in the lobby. I couldn't take it up w my crutches, so the person I was with had to come down and get it. I requested the car, no one brought it around, so we eventually were able to leave at 12:10PM after being ready to leave at 10:30AM. I love the space in the suites, but the poor service was unacceptable, and we will stay elsewhere next time.

Lokasi hotel ini sangat baik, betul-betul di dermaga dalaman Baltimore, dikelilingi oleh hotel mewah dan bangunan pejabat, dan anda boleh menikmati pemandangan indah dermaga. Berjalan kaki selama 10 minit di sepanjang jeti ialah restoran mercu tanda terkenal Philip, tempat anda boleh makan ketam biru yang paling lazat di Maryland. Semasa wabak hotel, restoran hotel tidak akan dibuka, dan anda boleh membeli makanan di Pasar.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool was unfortunately closed for the duration of our trip, which was a disappointment. In a great location, close to everything!

Stayed last night at Hampton Inn-Inner Harbor while waiting to cruise out next day… this hotel is centrally located in the heart of town near shops and restaurants, has a nice poo and a decent breakfast. Rooms are nice but the people are what make this place shine- looking for a ride? Something to do? Best blue crab? Whatever u are looking for they will go over and beyond to make your stay pleasant! Special thanks to Tia at front desk for making our stay extra special!

We had three rooms and 6 family members in total. Spa, Pool and front desk personnel were fantastic. Restaurant was slow and inconsistent with wait staff having to make their own table coffee drinks and waiting 20-30 min for breakfast each morning. Turn down service showed up each night at 5:30-6:00 while we were getting ready for dinner and then upset when we asked them to come back. Overall great......but not 4 seasons standard.

What an amazing weekend at the Sagamore Hotel! We were there for a wedding, and stayed the weekend. Things did not get off to a great start because we had to make our reservation three times. The third time was the charm when Michael Curry handled our reservation. For some reason, they lost folk's reservation for the wedding party, so we had to rebook. On the day of check-in, they charged more than the promised group rate. Once brought to their attention they corrected it. Going forward the service was excellent. It was a hospitality organization whose focus was to please its customers. From management to valet they exceeded my expectations. If you are planning a wedding, it is the perfect venue with the wow factor. The food at the reception was delicious. We had steak with a crab cake served with mashed potatoes, baby carrots, and string beans. All the staff were professional yet friendly and the food and beverages were brought out to each table in a timely manner. Our double bedroom was on the smaller side and was dimly light. However, it was nice and very clean. By the time we returned from breakfast t, our room was cleaned and linens changed. Some of the most memorable staff that made our stay joyous were Nicohla (Manager), Michael Curry (Manager) Dakota (Valet) (”spelled like the State” lol), and Damien (Valet). However, the staff members that I came in contact with provided top-notch customer service.
