The room was very nice. When I checked in I asked about parking. They said I could go around the corner and park, it is connected to the hotel, and it would cost $29 for the night. When I left the hotel and tried to get out of the parking lot, the cost is $69! I drove around to ask about this problem, the girl at the front desk had no idea. She took my email address and said the manager would contact me when he arrived. It has been 24 hours and I have not heard from the manager. Obviously I’m not very important to this hotel so I will never stay there again. They lied to me when I checked in and then never responded to my complaint. I would have booked a different hotel if I knew I was going to be charged $69 parking for one night! Stay somewhere else.

The hotel is new, clean and there's a very nice breakfast. It's a city hotel, so the room was smaller than other Hampton Inns, but comfortable with nice amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, usb ports) and a big TV. Home2suites shares the building and the floor. The self-parking is expensive ($20/day) and is a walk up a hill to a public lot.. The valet staff was nice and let me unload and check-in before parking. The front desk staff, however, was remote and unfriendy. It wasn't explained how parking worked - other than that the charge would be added to the room. It meant a trudge back to the car in a thunderstorm to get a ticket previously left in the car. It is to be validated at the front desk. I won't be going back. There was no maid service for a 3 day stay. Service is supposedly ”every other day.” I had to ask for extra towels and put trash outside the door when the baskets were full. (I also know nose rings are popular - but people wearing them are hard for me to look at. After seeing too many kids with runny noses, what looks like metal buggers coming out of people's noses, gives me a startling bad physical reaction - Sorry - can't help it.)

Stayed at hotel in town for wedding of family friend. I was very impressed with this location. some pros and cons: Pros: lovely clean hotel friendly staff rooms spacious and cleaned daily-both refrigerator and microwave present large very comfortable king sized bed large work mobile station large walk-in shower stall- which included safety grab bar- branded toiletries -provided Dove-- Outside provided lovely seating area for one to enjoy meals or simple relax and of course having a complimentary breakfast provided was nice location was convenient to some nice restaurants Cons: no in room safe no exhaust fan/vent in bathroom rooms indicated as non-smoking however for first two night the heavy smell of ********* was present in hallway--management unable to address

Excellent motel! Great location and wonderful staff! Biggest issue is with trying to get clean bedding. You can tell them that you need everything and you’ll literally end up with only a part of what you need. 🤦🏼♀️ It can be a hassle.
It would be really nice if long term live in’s who actually cared for their rooms could get better discounted rates on their rooms. That would be wonderful. Cause this is a great place! And I’d gladly refer more people to stay here!

Very clean! Which was one of our main wants but it is also up to date & has nice furniture, mattress, tv & ect. Instead of little sample shampoo, conditioner, & body wash they have nice pumps of dove installed in the showers. The house keepers our very kind and will be a helping hand with anything they can. The front desk employees are just the best! They will help you, try to meet needs if anyway is possible & always a pleasure to pass by. Our kids loved the indoor pool, & comfy bed with a big flat screen. I will only use the hotel in Baltimore!

Ia sangat baik untuk membeli tiket letak kereta selepas daftar masuk. Satu-satunya perkara yang tidak begitu baik ialah penebat bunyi tidak begitu baik. Secara keseluruhan ia masih sangat baik. TTracie WestThe hotel staff is exceptionally kind from the front desk to the cleaning staff. The location is a few blocks from the harbor and located next to Lexington Market. The breakfast was good with a waffle machine, eggs, sausage, yummy oatmeal with a wide variety of add-inns. Blueberry compote and candied pecans were my favorites. The room is spacious and clean with comfy beds and pillows. Overall I definitely would recommend. It's was a great price for the service. Newly renovated!

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe hotel is around 10 minutes walk from the Inner Harbour. Generally speaking it’s not as bad as what the comments portrayed. My twin-bed room is decent and spacious. I could also enjoy an early check in at noon.

PPengguna TetamuWas looking for a hotel close to comedy show and low and behold it was in the same hotel. So it worked out great for us after checking in went to dinner came back relaxed for 45 min. Then went down stairs to comedy factory. We had free coupons for breakfast but we decided to venture out on our way back to Richmond. Overall nice place to stay found out they also shuttle for cruises out of this hotel too.

PPengguna TetamuWe were very pleased with our stay at Springhill suites. The Valet gentleman, Akeem(?), was very helpful, polite and professional. Darrien was fantastic, accommodating, polite and professional. Answered my many questions with great suggestions. Our rooms were special, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfast, especially the eggs w/cheese.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is just across the road from the convention center. It was clean, safe, friendly and had every amenity I was looking for. I had to book very last minute after a cancellation elsewhere and was thrilled to get a clean, nicely air conditioned room with everything I needed. I will definitely stay here again when traveling to Baltimore

KKellsMaKWas ok not the cleanest motel I've ever been to. There are lots of roaches on the Negative side of the building but I've not had many issues on the positive number side. I've stayed at this motel many of times. Every week sometimes a couple of times a week.

SshaddesThe free airport bus was not in service and had to get an Uber $20 to find out their are 2 Calton hotels, so another $25 late finally got to the hotel reception staff did not care not even saying sorry as there shuttle was broken.
