春節家庭出遊，看到是新店就定了，停車就在樓下很方便，定了3個房間，其中一個房間估計是春節期間太忙未換床單，當時來的晚就沒有讓店家換，將就住了一晚，其他2個房間衞生還不錯

入住的當天房間窗户邊上直線距離5-10米左右挖掘機在山上施工，和酒店交涉要求提供安靜房間，起初酒店經理説因為沒有我定的大床房需要額外增加費用菜可以換房，被我拒絕，酒店前台幫忙溝通協調後安排我入住411房間，晚上睡覺房間床上有螞蟻之類蟲子爬行，我就自行處理，洗臉沒有直接接下水管道，直排到洗浴地漏附近；
8.25一大早酒店告知我定的房價不能住該房型讓我換到407房間並通知需要配合他們當天地面油漆和劃停車線在外停車一天，自己停車到對面付費停車場，結果26日回來晚上7點又開始噴漆作業，油漆刺鼻味道直沖房間，當時致電前台被告知由於之前材料沒有到齊，晚上要加班弄，讓我忍耐，讓我開空調換氣，我説空調沒有該功能，希望他能明天早上在施工，被告知説人工費用不能延期到明天。我關閉空調戴口罩也不管用，到晚上9點還右味道沒在我強烈要求下給我開了對面的408房間過度一夜，進入房間沒有多久看到一衹巨大的蟑螂在櫃子爬行，我要求前台送殺蟲劑過來；
8.28晚上沒有人告知29日臨晨會停電，直到凌晨3點感受到房間熱才發現停電了，發短訊給前台問情況也沒有回覆我，結果發現自己的蘋果手錶充電器燒壞了，可能電路不穩定、當天斷電等問題發生的。早上8點多退房，由於停電説200元按金要等今晚來電才能退，到中午時間，前台加我微信發我床頭櫃子照片，我解釋了原因也説了需要怎麼補償。結果就開始教育的口吻認為我人品有問題，和我説這個櫃子要500元，200元按金就不退了，我請他們舉證櫃子的價值也拿不出一個標準，溝通的非常強勢和無理。
入住期間沒有一天幫忙打掃房間、也沒有主動給房間放礦泉水，每次都是等我晚上到酒店問了才想起來提供。

被子不知道多久沒換了，聞着一股很濃的汗臭味，叫前台換一床被子還不耐煩説肯定沒汗臭味，叫她聞聞看她也不聞衹是一直在那裡説沒有汗臭味，不可能有汗臭味，我一天吃飽了沒事做叫你換被子玩嗎，住過最差的地方沒有之一

長壽村不是旅遊的地方，是退休老頭老太太療養的地方。所以不能太挑剔，能洗澡睡覺就好了，還有地方停車，有洗衣機。其他不作評論。
