The hotel is located close to the city. The service team is very friendly and supportive. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The only negative point: there is far too less parking space to write „we’re offering free parking“. The available parking space is only covering 25% of the rooms. We’ve arrived in the evening and there was no parking space at the hotel left and it was hard to find a parking space close to the hotel without getting a penalty. The description should be adjusted. It’s misleading marking to say „we have free parking space“.

The fourth time I went to Bamberg. Because the time was too fast, I didn't book the hotel I used to stay in. So I stayed at this hotel for the first time. This is a very personal hotel, the single bed room is the bathtub bathroom, and there is no partition. Mind carefully.
