I had stayed at Grand Hyatt Goa for 3 nights with family. Check in was very smooth. Mridusmitha was really a great help. Special thanks to Front office ***ager V***n and the team.It was such a great experience where we had spent an entire day inside the property enjoying all the facilities. The property is very close to nature with lot of greenery. Kids enjoyed the variety of recreation activities. My son did a sailing course and I strongly recommend this activity. It was great fun and the entire team of aqusail were very friendly and professional. The pools were well maintained and the staff were very attentive. Special thanks to Gaurav and Naresh from pool side. The spa and fitness center was amazing and very well maintained. Special thanks to spa director Dr. Ratheesh for ensuring a great experience at the property and assisting on planning our days there. The food was yummy. Special thanks to the great service at Lounge from Vikas. House keeping staff were very thorough and room was Luxurious and very well maintained. Special thanks to the house keeping ***ager Mr. Panda for checking on us throughout the stay. Overall it was an amazing and memorable experience. Thank you Grand Hyatt Goa team.

Very nice hotel for family. When I visit to Goa I stay at Ginger. The staff is very humble and cooperative. Hotel is clean and tidy. Food is very good. Staff by name Anmol and Priti are very nice and friendly too. Chef Sanjip is fantastic he prepares veg and non veg food both. Very tasty food and not oily nor spicy.

Room no.607,609 सफाई बहुत अच्छी, super,थी, subash jana ने बहुत अच्छा response दिया, लेकिन restaurant में कभी spoon,कभी glass, milk,नहीं होने से बहुत guests परेशान थे, open area में कौए आकर plate से खाने का सामान ले जाते थे, swimming pool में भी कबूतर, कौए आकर potty करते थे और उसी में हम नहाते थे, please look after all this
