"Very satisfied with the service. Since arrived very early st hotel around 10am. Reception counter allow us to leave our luggages at the hotel so as we can conviniently proceed with our activities before come back in the evening for check in."

"Overall was ok. big and clean room (except bathroom was a bit run down and shower clogged - Room 317) Room service was ok and breakfast is the best. Biggest disappointment was food quality at the rooftop. Ordered pizza. was not cooked properly. When told the waiteress, what we received back was the same pizza which was reheated though flour/crust still not properly baked. Also, system have we Price Match. I found Agoda price RM50 cheaper but cannot claim as booking made less than 24 hours. Should have not put the Price Match logo if not eligible. Very misrepresenting."

"Our flight arrive early at 8:00a.m so I had called ahead to see if we could check in earlier than the normal 2:00 p.m and i was told to check with the reception upon arrival. To our surprise, we were told that our rooms were ready and check in was a breeze. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food excellent and the rooms were comfortable. Absolute 5 star from my experience. Will certainly stay there again"

"Everything was good eventho after flood in Aceh. I stayed during the flood season. The area wasn’t flooded, but there were power issues and unstable internet, so the hotel operated on a generator. Very friendly and polite staff. Room also clean. But the bathroom was not safe. The shower head fell and hit my shoulder while I was showering. Breakfast was good. I really liked the bihun goreng. The nasi goreng was a little bland, but it wasn’t a big issue. Ouh yaa, hotel near to Sate Matang stalls and souvenir shop. Can shopping at night because souvenir shop closed on 11pm."

"The room was clean, the bedding was comfortable and the air conditioning was quiet. Xiao Li at the front desk was enthusiastic and sent hot milk at night. The sound insulation is slightly weaker, but cost-effective. I will choose here next time I travel, recommended!"

During check-in, she proactively asked if I needed a quiet room and thoughtfully offered a hot towel and welcome fruit. The room was homely and cozy, with soft bedding and pillows of varying heights. What touched me most was the next morning, when I accidentally overslept for breakfast and was feeling frustrated, the waiter knocked on my door and delivered a packed breakfast, saying, ”Since you slept late last night, I left this for you.” When I checked out, the bellhop helped me take my luggage to the parking lot and reminded me to be safe on my way back. The attention to detail shows genuine care. This kind of service makes it hard to leave. I'll definitely stay here again! [Simple and Professional Style] This was an excellent stay. I highly recommend the hotel's service! Efficiency: The front desk clerk responded quickly, completing check-in and check-out within 5 minutes, and was courteous and thoughtful throughout the entire process. Room Quality: The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, with complete amenities (safe, humidifier, smart toilet, etc.). The bedding and toiletries were high-quality. Detailed Service: Complimentary mineral water and snacks were replenished daily, and they proactively asked if bath towels needed changing. During nighttime service, they thoughtfully closed the curtains and provided slippers. Special Needs: As we were traveling with an elderly family, we contacted the hotel in advance to arrange a room on a lower floor, which was already equipped with anti-slip flooring upon arrival."

"I like the surrounding of the hotel full of nearby food stalls. One of the best option in Aceh. Good value for money even though the rooms are a bit old fashioned. Close to the port for trip to Sabang."

"Last minute booking this hotel after arrived at Banda Aceh on 22 Nov 2023. Price is reasonable. We received room number 333 and unfortunately the wifi connection was too bad. No connection inside room and we need to go down to lobby only able to get connected. Inform receiption and received reply nothing can be done. After dinner I did complain again to another receiption staff and he response very well by help us to change another room to 355 which is connection Wifi was extremely very good. Also help us to carry our luggage. He was so helpful and very good staff. Overall amenities was ok. Highly recommended for Muslim guest."

"We stayed 2 nights at Hotel Ayani and were very satisfied with the stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was ok, not that big but it was clean. There was aircon and an electric kettle and it worked. The bathroom was ok with plenty of hot water and a really good shower. The bedding was clean and the bed good. There was wifi and it worked perfectly. The breakfast was a buffet and consisted mostly of local dishes. Unfortunately the hot dishes were cold. The hotel is centrally located in the city. The hotel itself is neat and tidy and we can definitely recommend staying here."
