They didn't allow me to check-in early and said that rooms are full but the same time they given rooms for another persons who did spot check-in

Ima rather regular customer here. Their room match for the price. Very convenient , near to KLIA , surroundings easily get food and convenience stores too.

nice place to stay

Bathroom are not clean. Room are dusty. The worst thing the electrical outlet not functional. Call operator but can't solve the problem & ask us to use another room to charge the phone. The worst & last stay.

The rooms are good and clean but one of the rooms got problems with the toilet. The receptionist was very helpful in assisting us.

Reasonable price, comfortable beds, walking distance to restaurants.

A bit sad as their policy make up room not everyday. So my towel not change everyday. The room a bit small but ok to stay for two night

Difficult to call grab in this place, it’s cheap, but I can’t sleep the whole night due to too noisy of the piping or condenser sound, I not recommend even it’s cheap.

Clean and cool hotel. Everything is around the corner

+ Room is very basic and clean. + Location is excellent . Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and nearby pharmacies, grocers, etc. + Hotel staff were helpful and friendly - Towels and bedsheets already worn off. Hotel needs to consider changing to new sets soonest

Need to improve service such as 1 bottle water it’s spend RM0.60 and facial tissue but customer satisfaction very high.
