Lovely hotel! I would definitely recommend as a solo female traveler. I felt safe and the hotel staff are so friendly! The do free airport drop off service which is nice and the hotel is in a good location! Close to a morning market and the city center. It is a very walkable city and within 10 minutes you are at the shopping mall or waterfront. The room was clean and tidy and the bottled water and towels were replaced every day. It’s quiet at night and very clean. Internet was good enough for me to work on. Would stay again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Convenience place to stay with great service from the front desk staffs. Although the facilities all were so old but still functioning well.

Booked the apartment with 4 single beds. Check in and check out was fast. Beds were clean but The carpet looked dusty. Location is good. Near to kampung Ayer. Nice to stroll around. Took the hotel breakfast, 4 type of breakfast sets to choose from.

Very friendly staff at hotel and you’ll get a very big room. The only thing is that it dates back from the 70s/80s (jubilee as in the jubileum of the queen of England for reference how old it is) and there basically hasn’t changed a bit since then, it’s like a Time Machine very authentic but not so clean. They will clean your bed every day so no worries, it’s just that everything is old and stained.

Overall the room and breakfast were okay, room is spacious and staff is really friendly. It’s just that the lift is not working, my friends and I need to climb the stairs to level 5.

The room is clean and has hot water but the building is old. When I arrived the elevater is under maintenance but they informed in advance when I requested the airport transfer so I could prepare my stuffs. Air conditioner was ok for me, cold. Not many inn around downtown provides airport transfer. Hotel staffs were very helpful and nice. It will be better if they renovate the hotel as they gave good hospitality.

Clean room, nice view and good air conditioning except for bath shower. All staffs are friendly and helpful especially the front office. Morning breakfast was okay.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful, the location is great. The rooms however are dirty, paint is peeling from the walls, there is hair on the floor, and a lot of bugs. I opened the kettle to boil some water and it was full of dead ants.

Have free shuttle from and to airport; Walking distance to nearby market and water front; WiFi speed slow and water not strong enough; Value for price.

Free shuttle to the airport (from the airport, need to contact the reception. Taxi costs 25 Brunei Dollars) 5. Food price at the restaurant/cafe is inexpensive/similar to local restaurant Cons 1. Wifi is too weak on the 4th floor. 2. Bathroom needs cleaning. Regular bleach can make improve the cleanliness 10x. I arrived with pee under the seat cover. 😢

Great place to stay, 2star but very comfortable. have fridge, tv, bathtub and necessary amenities. recommended to stay, but please book pre-online to enjoy more discount. walk-in rate might higher than pre-online
