Hotel berhampiran Masjid Daarurrahman, Bandung

Disappointed we are given a room for disable/old age persons, while we are still normal and healthy. I believe there are many other empty rooms given the occupancy is low when I check in. Roof top pool is still closed

Pertama kali nginep disini kebetulan lokasinya dekat dengan kerjaan, kebersihannya bagus, lokasinya bagus, staff ramah dan bagus, depan hotel banyak tempat makan dan spesialnya lagi kalau pagi mobil diparkiran dicuci. Tks

This hotel has the youngsters vibe, modern and industrial interior. Breakfast spread was excellent, love the nasi goreng bali. Location is ideal, near malls and not too busy street. Only issue was there was an unpleasant smell from the toilet pipes in the room. Perhaps the hotel can put in more air fresheners to musk the smell. Overall a good stay.

Pengangkutan yang mudah, lokasi hotel yang baik, terdapat banyak restoran di sekitar. Bilik ini juga agak tenang dan bersih.

Salah satu hotel kids friendly di Bandung yang lokasinya deket dgn pusat perbelanjaan Cihampelas. Ada banyak playground di lantai 10, paling exciting ada semacam mini zoo gtu 😆 Staycation pas lg ramadhan, ************* semua servicenya oke, cuman parkirnya terbatas krn areanya ga begitu luas. Sahur buffet, ifthar juga bisa buffet tp kudu daftar dlu soalnya kmaren udh full booked mejanya. Anyway, kiddos happy, emak dan bapack happy 👍

The location was great, so many places to go can through just by walking, the price was very affordable, it’s nice to stay here, and the staff was very polite too, you can find Karen as GRO to help you during your stay at Golden Flower Bandung 🧡

This hotel is nice, clean and staffs are friendly. Huge room, Location is strategic at central of Bandung, near to commercial and business district such as Pasar Baru , Paskal and Train Station. Recommended hotel for leisure or business stays purpose and the price is make sense. Thank you and keep up the good services.

Staying at Citradream Hotel Bandung is very pleasant and comfortable. Strategic location in Bandung city, very convenient to get around and many activities, close to the aorport and the station, many restaurants around, several malls and other tourist attractions. The staff is very polite and helpful, especialy thx to Mr. Gume as Manager and the receptionist (i forgt to ask her name). The wifi speed is very good, making it easier to do online work. Definitely i will stay here again if I go to Bandung. I have recommended this hotel to my friends and my family. The suite was very nice with comfortable furnishings, clean and the bed was comfortable too. 😉💖

I used to stay in Sukajadi hotel for so many times with my family, cant exactly remember how many times but it was a lot, we used to love the room, the service, and the food was great too! And this time me and my family came back to visit Bandung and decided to stay at this hotel, as a repeater guest, we expecting the same service & facities that we used to experienced, but unfortunately this visit is truly disappointing, the first room we enter was very dirty, a lot of hairs from the previous guest was everywhere in the bathroom, the room doesn’t even have any toothbrush, I called and asked to the staff but they told me they don’t have any toothbrush available, but then the housekeeping staff who passed by our room said it is available and he gave me the toothbrush (?) the first room we enter doesn’t even have a wardrobe or any hanger available?! Then I asked to move my room to another room, its a twin bed and need to be converted to kingsize, nevermind, its better than the first room we had, but then still, the room is very outdated and not very clean, as we now very concern about covid 19 outbreak and expect hotel will do double check about the room cleanliness? Well.. wifi is terrible too, we can’t even have signal inside our room, super mood breaker! And the worst case is that our room (i booked 2 room for 1 night only) both of them doesnt have the hot water (is not working) engineering came to the room and said it takes times for the hot water to came out, well.. i waited for almost 20 min it still doesn’t came out? The staff says sorry and told us basically like “it is what it is... its like that...” anyway, now I can’t expect more / even expect anything from this hotel, truly disappointed, just an expression and honest review from me & my family. And 1 kudos only for the housekeeping staff who passed me the toothbrush brush and clean our second room, thankyou.

The room is good, but the restaurant service is bad. I ordered 2 menus, 1 has served and we wait more than 10mins until they said the menu has sold out. Why they just tell us earlier that the ordered menu was unavailable any more, why they just made us wait couple of times after the first order had served
