Perhatikan kebesihan kamar hotel sebelum di jual.. apalagi sudah di booking.. Ada bulu mata palsu di dinding(wayang golek).. Masih ada nyamuk di kamar Suara AC berisik banget...

last minute booking on a long weekend. out fault. however please do take note the rooms on 1st floor got window to in hotel alley, not to outside the building. the swimming pool is shared with sister hotel aston and it's not that big (dip swim only). cihampelas is also a declining area, not like 90's good old days of fashion center. they do have nearby cihampelas walk which is beautiful though. receptionist, bell boy and restaurant staff give excellent and attentive service, thumbs up. however the security guard try too hard to the point that they don't leave much personal space for us to take care of our family ourselves. i have to ask them to stay out of my parent's way yet they still standing too close not allowing me to comfortably close my parent's car door.

I stayed for three days and I was able to explore Cihampelas during the day and enjoy the comfort of my room during the night. It was an enjoyable experience. For a solo traveler, the hotel has a great value for money. It's hard to find other properties with such a great location and value for money for a solo traveler. It has all the amenities you need, the staff was polite and efficient, and the breakfast was decent enough. However, If you're traveling with your family or with an entourage of more than three people, there are better properties nearby that could offer more value for money and more amenities with the same level of comfort.

After four days meeting, I decided to staycation with family. Clean room, beautiful view from the pool at night. The staffs are very friendly. And the best part of this hotel is the delicious food! Special thanks to Mr. Satrio, Ms. Wiwi, Mr. Jimie, Mr. Toni for the great service. Recommended!

Pemandangan di tingkat dua Vio Hotel berada tepat di pintu keluar kecemasan di sebelah stesen minyak. Walaupun lokasinya bagus, harganya sangat ekonomik, ukuran bilik sangat sempit, dan bilik mandi juga berukuran mini (sesuai dengan harganya). Bilik-bilik di sini bersih, penyaman udara sejuk, dan Wi-Fi baik (agak perlahan, mungkin banyak orang dapat mengakses) tetapi bilik mandi terlalu kecil.
