Not upto 4 star as rated i would say 3 star , rama shinta resto is not upto the mark, front desk office is also not upto the mark, may be ok for local person but definitely average for foreigners.

The room interior does not apply to the price, bathroom is not cleanbespecially the floor, water runs slow, Place is far from Semarang, tajes about 1 hour, google maps direct us went through a very steep and inside village

Ada acara DJ Party di clubnya berisik banget suaranya kenceng nembus ke kamar sampe jam 1 pagi blm selesai , bolak balik komplain tetep aja gazz terus partyyy

Kamar kebersihannya kurang, sprei banyak bercak-bercak darah, kamar bau pengap, interior seperti sudah tua, AC hanya angin saja. Pelayannya kurang ramah yg malam hari bpk2, pemandangan view-nya bagus banget juara untuk pemandangan di sekitar nya. Tolong di tingkatkan lagi pelayanan dan kebersihannya terutama

Great place.. I enjoyed the variety of local indonesian breakfast options... and the conference rooms during our convention were well prepared, filled with decorations made up of shadow puppets, depicting scenes of Javanese folktale legends!

Hotel needs a re-do no doubt. Shabby and honestly room was quite sad a state dirty bed linen, spots on the floor & a broken water kettle.Windows were dirty- hand marks all over! Yuck! Maybe they were closed during Covid but they need to keep it clean

Not recommended from my view. I have to carry my own luggage from second floor to the first floor by myself through the stair. Their staff just watched from the hotel car. When I stayed there are a few event at the hotel. They sing with the full volume loudspeaker until 10 pm and 6 am next morning they already started their morning excersive also with max volume speaker. So no next time from me
