置かれている調度品の一つ一つに至るまで、
とても素敵で、中世のお城にタイムスリップ
した様でした😊
部屋は狭い‼という事前のYouTube情報でしたが、
予想を裏切りとても広い部屋。バスローブも完備され、
最高のお部屋でした😊👌
晩御飯は「Randle Bar」なるところで、「ビール」と
「シュリンプサラダ」と「ビーフタルタル」。
これも最高😍
追加で頼んだ「チリポーク」はイマイチかな😅
朝は早起きして、中庭からカスケードマウンテンの
朝焼けを鑑賞。最高‼️
朝食は「stock」という6時からやっているお店で、
ボリュームある「B.E.L.Tサンド」とカフェオーレを
美味しくお腹いっぱいに頂きました。
飛行機の成田発が遅れ、バンフ到着が1930くらいに
なってしまい、翌朝がツアーで0830にはホテルを
出ないといけなかったので、滞在時間が短かったのが
本当に残念😰
次は早くチェックインして、ギリギリまでホテル
滞在をしたいですね👍😊

木を重視した清潔なホテルでした😊
大通りが近いので、ホテルの中に食事が出来る
お店はなくてもOK🆗
ホテル横の「bluebird」というステーキハウス。
値段がリーズナブルで、接客も素晴らしくオススメです。
朝ごはんも、マクドナルドは24時間営業だし、
提携❓しているパークロッジのお店も良さそう。
また外食でなくても、近くにスーパーと酒屋があり、
そこで買って帰ると、もっとリーズナブルですね👍
加えて、パークロッジにはスパも付いているようで、
水着を持っていけば入れるのも良い‼️
今回、私は水着を持っていかなかったので、残念😢
惜しいところもあります。
シャワーの水の出方、使いにくい形状かなあ😆
ボディソープではなく、固形石鹸なのも少し残念😢
バスローブがないのも残念😢
ですが清潔で、部屋も広く、大通りが近いのは最大の
メリット。
パークロッジと合わせてオススメです😊👍

We stayed 6 nights here and we were satisfied with our stay. The employees were friendly and the room was clean. We got into town early and our room would not be ready til 4pm but the front desk gladly stored our luggage while we explored town. There is free breakfast in the morning. We only had it once but it was good. They have 2 floors of free underground parking, which is very convenient. It's on a space available basis. Only one night we had to park on the street but it's because we got back late. Only thing I wish could be improved is the lighting. The room is a little dark for my liking and my wife had a little difficult time doing her makeup. But no big deal. Would stay here again, especially since the location is very ideal. It's walking distance to everything and the main shuttle stop and grocery store is across the street.

Banff Aspen Lodge provided me with a great hotel experience as part of my memorable trip to the Rockies. Staff were friendly and accomodating to all guests. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel’s general ambiance was warm and welcoming, which I always appreciate. I would stay here again if I ever have the opportunity to go back to Banff.

Reasonable stay, a little far out from Banff but good public transport close by. Free parking at the rear of the property, a big bonus but parking is available in the underground carpark.
Expensive for what was provided.
Apartment well fitted out and everything required for the stay is provided, but the most critical item, the safe, was not working, meaning that we had to take passports, cards and cash with us throughout our stay in Banff.
Regretfully disappointed with poor sleep throughout the stay, the sound proofing is exceptionally poor, especially from overhead apartments, with wooden floors creaking badly and every footstep clearly heard. Interconnecting doors had poor soundproofing, every sound and talking were clearly heard. Apprciate that the building is timber, but there are numerous ways to improve the soundproofing, but at a commercial cost.
Bring a good set of ear plugs, they are essential for sleep.
Train leaves the station or passes through Banff at 5.40 every morning, and the driver loves to use his horn on every occasion, no need for an alarm clock!!

Room was spacious and clean, definitely a new hotel. Restaurant downstairs was great for breakfast every morning, had delicious selections. Really like the big balcony too which you can view stars at night without light pollution. A bit of a walk / 5 min drive to main Banff town but not an issue. Great amenities in room and service was great too! Highly recommend.

I like neat things, so I reviewed this place before choosing one, and there were many reviews that this low-grade hotel is old and old. However, the view of the hottop was wonderful, and I was very satisfied with the hotel. They constantly provided firewood for the fireplace, and even the staff were all wonderful. I called early check-ins, but the kind staff allowed me to enjoy this hotel a lot quicker! Hotel with lots of favor! Of course, if you want a nice new hotel these days, everyone except us will feel like they are old, but we wanted this country style! The microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and fireplace were the best enough here! So I enjoyed the great service until I left the room. Ed ex

This was a very comfortable, well-managed hotel. The staff willingly changed our room when we asked to move from the first floor. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again! Price was high, but going rate in Banff.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is on the right hand of the entrance of Banfu town, 3 floors on the ground, with underground parking, heated swimming pool, SPA hall. There is a lift from the underground car park to the lobby and the upper floors.
The guy who checked in was very friendly and patient. We arrived a little early and politely asked if we could check in. He checked and immediately helped us check in.
The room is a standard room, two large beds of 1.8 meters, clean and tidy, very comfortable. There are safes and hangers in the hall, and washing and washing are separated. There are hair dryers, coffee makers, refrigerators, air conditioners. The coffee tastes great.My only regret is no breakfast.

The room has been renovated and is clean and modern. They have microwave, mini fridge and kettle. You can also take away their mug as a souvenir for free.
In the bathroom, they offer Rocky Mountain Soap Company products that are handmade and vegan. If you like them, you can go to their stores in Canmore or Banff, or order directly online.

SSuppachoteThe location of the property was excellent, making it convenient to reach downtown by Roam bus. staff will give you a ticket during your stay.
The beds and pillows were comfortable, Had all the amenities you needed both shower room and kitchen.
Price for this stay is reasonable. So I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again when we get back to Banff.

PPPThe hotel locate nearby the bus stop that take a few minutes to Banff downtown. There provided everything and the hot pool is great. Affordable price and nice decoration, recommend!!

CCharlieTravelsBest Thing about this BestWestern is their coffee machine in the lobby. I have never seen so many people enjoying the selections from a machine so much before. If you are looking for an affordable hotel with Breakfast included this place would be it. Just be careful with the screen doors as they fall off their tracks very easy and the hotel will charge you for it as damage, so if it does happen please notify the staff as soon as possible. Or you will experience like me being charged for damages.

PPengguna TetamuI’ve been traveling all over Australia and US and it was not my first time sleeping in an Hostel , I think I know more or less what to expect for that price but this time I must say I have had a terrible experience. In the beginning I had a problem with my credit card which was blocked (my fault) and of course without credit card they couldn’t accept any other way to pay , that’s fine I understand there is a procedure to follow , I was in panic and very tired after 20 hours traveling from Amsterdam and , speaking with the manager of the structure , I have asked her if she could provide a clip or something to extract my canadian sim card from my telephone to exchange it with my personal one so i could have called the credit card company for assistance. She didn’t want to help me and she suggested me to ask some neighbor, luckily a very kind employee helped me once she went away. The second day i went to my room to sleep and I found another person sleeping in my bed , asking to the receptionist he told me that it was my fault because i should have left some belonging on my bed to occupy it, it is weird because normally when you leave you have to take off the sheets and put them in a bin so that was obvious that the bed was assigned at the moment. I had to insist to make them realize that that was their mistake and the person in my bed should have found another bed. The hostel is a little dirty and the young staff is not able to manage properly , they are very disorganized and the manager is very rude and arrogant. Definitely I don’t recommend this hostel at least not more that one night.

NNic_cpdIt has the atmosphere of an old furnished mountain region apartment but the cleaning services is rough. I found two and more but shells and bugs body on the rug after I checked in. The location isn’t too far from downtown Banff however under the coldness it would be rough walking to town. Parking is extra (14.99cad not fee as the page stated on trip.com) phone to ask the details before booking this place… it’s an ok place to stay just not great for family vocation.

JJazelBest priced accoms in banff during summer, very well equiped with shower gel, hot water, hair dryer, laundry, cafe for breakfast and dinner. Hostel provides free roam transit bus pass for routes 1, 2, 4, 6 and is valid for 3 days, very useful to get to town and around even lake minnewanka, two jack, johnson and cascade ponds! Comfortable room, top notch service.

PPengguna TetamuFILTHY. Filthy, Filthy, Filthy. Rented a three bedroom chalet for our family of four with two toddlers. There was great appeal in the jungle gym and the waterslides, and separate bedrooms for all. This place is a dive. They have done zero routine maintenance in years and it shows. We have blankets on the couch it is so stained. I spent an hour washing down the kitchen, bathtub, bathroom, etc. While wiping the sink countertop under the mirror the white towel came back filthy. There were crumbs on the counters and dirt on the floor. I called the front desk three separate times within our first hour there. No coffee. No lightbulb in the bedroom. Not even burnt out, missing. A gift bag and piece of a retainer found on the far side of the downstairs bedroom. Burnt out lights in kitchen, bathroom, stairway. No stairway railing, treacherous for young children. Deck not shovelled off so no way to enjoy it. Front door doesn't seal. Bathtub plug won't hold water. One coat hanger for a chalet that sleeps six. Assigned parking space not fully shovelled, post-holing getting kids out of car seats. It's so disappointing to pay $600 for two nights and feeling so dirty you don't want to touch anything. So please take this review as written by someone who doesn't care about fancy, rather someone who cares about cleanliness and comfort. We will never be returning here. ***UPDATE: After our first night stay I pulled back the blankets in my toddlers room and there were MENS SOCKS made up in the end of the bed. We aren't staying the second night. The SHEETS were clearly NOT even CHANGED, they were REMADE from the previous guests. My skin is crawling. As requested, our stay is being refunded in full.
