Strong sewer odour in the toilet of our room. After housekeeping had clean the toilet again, the sewer odour gradually grew stronger into the night. We woke up in the morning only to get the strong sewer odour in the toilet. Front desk staff not helpful, when I ask for the hotel WiFi login credentials, the front desk staff ask me to go to front desk from my room. And not polite. I got bitten by some kind of bug when woke in the morning. My wife didn’t get bitten though. Never mind this. We got a bigger room. Room cleanliness is alright except the strong sewer odour which spoils the overall staying experience. Many Chinese tour group who speak loudly and making a lot of noise early in the morning. No problem with groups but should keep quite so as not to disturb other guests. I liked their non chlorine treated pool, I guess. Good location with few convenient shop and thai delicacies. We choose this hotel for our convenience to attend events in Assumption University. Overall, I would not recommend for free leisure travellers.

No TV connections... no Restaurants...just breakfast chinese...otherwise ok

All the positive reviews for this hotel are fake. Besides being cheap, it has no other redeeming qualities. The hotel seems to partner with many low-cost tour groups in China, hauling people in busloads. There are also people running online businesses and pyramid schemes. The rooms are full of geckos. Rooms for solo travelers are at the far end of the street, with motorcycles revving loudly at night and people drinking and shouting from restaurants downstairs. It's utterly ridiculous.
