Awesome facility at The Grande Centre Point Pattaya in terms of kids friendly water theme park, with great equipments plus the kids club was awesome too. We just hope the hotel can add more halal food options for muslims during the breakfast spread to the already extensive choices of menu. In terms of hospitality, every staff was very friendly with greetings and ready to serve the guests at anytime. We will definitely come back to the hotel very soon.

When I first read the reviews online, I was dubious. It did not disappoint. The friendly attitude of the staff and the comfortable and quiet space will definitely allow you to relax. There is no extra charge for children on this trip. The slippers used by the hotel are made of plastic. The overall feeling is very good, I will choose to stay again next time

I just want to thank all of the team at Blackwoods Hotel. As soon as we arrived, we actually felt at home. The staff were friendly and nothing too much trouble. The room was perfect - you can see the pictures - they are accurate. Breakfast was delicious (when I made it). The cleaner on floor 7 always working with a smile on her face. Pool and gym facilities too. Location central too. I would return to this hotel.

Stayed in room 1150. Remember there are two buildings, we searched for our room in the wrong building (part of a tour so no bell boy!) The room was decent size and had a bath and shower. The bath water was not very hot, so a tepid bath was all we could have. Lots of free amenities and the best was nice with good pillows. The connecting room doors meant we could hear the people next door a lot, but they were friends. There is a bowling alley and snooker room and the pool was great. The breakfast was substantial, not much in the way for vegetarians, I had scrambled egg, potatoes and egg rice, but nice cakes and fruit, overall it was enough but maybe a vegetarian option or two would be nice. Overall the hotel is clean and well presented and definitely value for money. One point for the hotel, clean under the beds!!! Dust build up was umm a lot... We will stay again for sure, and close to the beach (100 metres and you are in the water.)

The hotel looks grand from the outside with a water feature at the front and carriage drive entrance. The reception area is spacious. Reception staff are helpful, efficient and serves with a smile. We were given a room on the 12th floor. The room is very spacious, clean and a private balcony with a lovely view of part of the city plus seaview too. This hotel is centrally located to all amenities such as shopping centres, bars and restaurants. Breakfast is included with our deal. There is varieties but choices of fruits is limited to pineapple & watermelon only which is a shame as local fruits are in abundance here.

Das Hotel war großartig mit einem hervorragenden Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis und hilfsbereites, englischsprachiges Personal. Es liegt in einer ruhigeren Gegend von Pattaya, und ist vor allem sauber und sicher. Zum Strand oder den Malls sind es nur wenige Minuten. Der Pool ist ein schöner Ort zum Entspannen und die Zimmer sind ruhig, geräumig, angenehm eingerichtet und vor allem mit bequemen Betten. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und gut. Neben dem Hotelrestaurant mit empfehlenswertem Essen, befinden sich In der Umgebung auch einige nette, preiswerte Restaurants. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen das Hotel auch unseren Freunden.

Thoroughly enjoyed stay in Thai Gardens. Staff wonderfully polite and helpful from start to finish of 10 day stay. Room was basic as resort little older than some but bed large and comfortable. Everything in good order. Pool is huge and easy to secure sunbed although July has higher rainfall so hotel quieter. Guests mainly Germans or Asians from range of countries. Breakfast was good with sufficient choice. Bar prices very reasonable. Location, as said, close to Terminal 21 which has huge range of shopping and eateries but bit more expensive. Resort is quiet day and night. Short walk to beach. Overall, a good standard of a accommodation that represented value for money.

This hotel is mainly used for bus tours and has coaches arriving for one to a few days then off again. Consequently, it only caters for these bookings, which means group lunches, group dinners and group breakfasts. They have the buffet at their disposal and the few ordinary guests are offered A La Carte or room service only. We tried to book breakfast as advertised on Expedia U.K. for 450 baht for 2 people and when I tried to book this on arrival was informed it was 450 baht per person! I even showed the Expedia website price to the duty manager and it was refused. As my friend and I are staying for nearly a month, this is a substantial loss to the hotel, as we have to go out for breakfast daily.We have a junior suite each and the rooms and housekeeping are excellent. The pool is cold as it does not get any sun on it due to the position of the surrounding buildings. However the hotel next door which has a rooftop pool will allow you to use theirs for 50 bath a day.There is a tiny bar in reception and I have never seen any drinks been served from it. Housekeeping staff are friendly and very helpful. Reception staff rarely smile or acknowledge you arriving or leaving. We are using the hotel as a base so it suits our purpose. I would not describe the M Pattaya Hotel as a holiday hotel.

Приехав в этот отель и увидевших всю картину облезлых стен, пола, грязного ковра в коридоре, мы с подругой что бы не падать в отчаяние подумали «ладно, все равно только спать здесь будем» Но ночью наш ждал другой сюрприз. Рядом с отелем есть бар ”happy bar”, может для кого то он и хэпи, для нас это было совсем не хэпи, так как этот бар работал до 2-4 часов ночи, музыка живая, барабаны, гитара, очень хорошая музыка, что даже беруши не помогали. Наш план что бы «просто будем спать» провалился. На утро был еще один сюрприз от данного отеля. Завтраки. 5 тарелок. Яичница, тосты, огурцы, помидоры, салат. Еще пройдемся по минусам: -нет сейфа в номере -из мини бара только вода -мало лежаков около бассейна, всем не хватает -вонь в коридорах (курят прям там) Из плюсов: -нет депозита (оно и понятно, не за что там депозит брать) -каждый день убираются и меняют полотенца -хорошее расположение, не далеко от терминала, фестиваля -море приятное -хороший бассейн В общем, плюсы конечно есть, но его минусы затмили все эти плюсы, отель вообще не рекомендую, тем более если вы собираетесь отдыхать с детьми.

This hotel feels rather warm and personal. Other than one lady, most of the staff don't speak English. Don't expect a swimming pool or international hotel facilities. What you can expect are clean rooms. Breakfast is decent but rather Thai which may be a good thing for some. The place is not walking distance to most of Pattaya”s action but is close to the highway. TV channels are limited. My biggest issue is the design of the bathroom- the fans blows directly on you when bathing and the floor takes a long time to dry. The bed was comfy. Having stayed here multiple times, we booked this hotel for a long weekend away. Once again, the staff were attentive, room was clean and swimming pool area is nice and chilled. However, on one of the nights we were woken up at 2am by the room next door. A guy had clearly come to Pattaya for the obvious reasons a lot of men do and decided to use this hotel as his base. The women proceeded to sob/scream for an hour, with the man constantly telling here to be quiet and console her. This obviously raised alarm bells, so I rang down to reception asking them to check. They said they would. 20 minutes went by and nothing had changed. Very angrily myself and my partner both walked down to reception from the 4th floor and insisted someone came up immediately. They said they would get security to check. This once again did not happen, but they decided it would be a good idea to call our room telephone to ask why we were complaining. This noise then continued for another 1h30mins, until the male finally fell asleep. This was all due to the connecting door that is in each of the rooms, which leads you directly into the room next door. It is obviously locked, however, as this shows, nose travels very easily that you may as well be in the same room. We spoke to reception in the morning and the only thing they could do for us was give us a later check-out which was pointless as we had to leave anyway.

We stayed here for five days on a working vacation. The rooms are small but very nice. The internet was fast enough to have quality online calls and there were ample spaces that provided work stations. The kids play room was great as the kids were entertained for many hours while we worked. The breakfast had a good selection of western, Thai, Indian and other asian options. The only issue we had was other guests who would eat with their hand and then go touch all the serving utensils. Very unsanitary. Overall we had a very good experience

I stayed here for 6 Nights. I reached the hotel at 7am, but the lady receptionist told me to check in at 2pm or pay 300 Baht extra for early check-in despite the rooms being available and I was supposed to stay for 6 days. The receptionist was unprofessional, rude, and when I tried to control her rude language, she asked me to leave the hotel and cancel my booking. Later I saw that the staff had changed the shifts and the lady who was managing the hotel in the morning offered me a room at 9am. I was finally relieved after a major fight with the previous manager. There is no humanity left in the previous lady who fought with me, and such people are a shame on mankind. I'm talking about the hotel now, the only good thing is the location and size of the room. Furniture is dated, washrooms are dated, beds have wheels, guest friendly(no charge). One of the lady guests, who could be known of the rude reception quarrelled with me, and I had to call the hotel security to ensure that she is being either debarred from entering the hotel again or the hotel should take some legal action against her, but to my surprise, the security guard also refused to help me and let the lady guest run away with my money which she stole (I did not take any action as it was small amount of money i.e. 1000 baht. Think before staying in this hotel. I would never stay here again.
