I absolutely loved the airport shuttle service. Running every 10 minutes, 24 hours a day, it is incredibly convenient and even allows you to easily pop over to the airport to grab a bite or do some shopping during your stay. The room itself was decent, though I have a few suggestions for improvement. The shower pipe protrudes a bit too much, making it easy to accidentally bump it and change the water temperature or turn it off entirely while showering. Additionally, the blackout curtains and the fabric on the bed frame feel quite outdated and had noticeable stains. Service at the front desk was perfectly fine, but I found the attentiveness of the staff at the doors, lifts, and shuttles to be inconsistent. While I want to offer this feedback constructively, I noticed a distinct difference in the level of proactive service provided. The staff in these areas appeared significantly more welcoming and helpful toward certain guests. I hope management can use this feedback to ensure a consistently high standard of hospitality for all visitors regardless of their background.

I enjoyed my stay and would book it again. My flight arrived in BKK 1:50am so I wanted a place nearby to rest. BestBed was perfect because it was a super quick Grab trip (140baht) and the reception is open 24 hours. I got a single room and was able to get a good night of sleep. The bed is firm and comfortable. The room is small and there's no windows but that didn't matter. Oh, the AC was shared with the room next door hehe. That was something new. But also okay. There's a rooftop with direct view to the airport, a common area with ac, a big 7-Eleven right next to the hostel. Everything is clean and they are very welcoming. Great option if you need to stay by the airport!

Not as close to airport as lead to believe ... 20 too 25 minutes away . The hotel is tucked away in a quiet area which is ok if being used as a transit hotel . The hotel is very well presented & clean & the staff are very friendly & helpful . The breakfast was basic with not a lot of options but ok again for a transit hotel . The bed was very very hard .. the most uncomfortable hotel bed ever . A pity because the staff were great but I won't be using this hotel as a stopover option again .

Bilik besar dan bersih dengan wifi percuma. Kami mempunyai bilik dengan pemandangan ke lapangan terbang. Restoran dibuka 24 jam dengan perkhidmatan bilik yang sangat mudah apabila anda tiba dengan penerbangan yang sangat lewat malam dan ingin mengambil sesuatu untuk dimakan. Dengan perkhidmatan bas ulang-alik, mudahkan untuk pergi ke lapangan terbang walaupun anda mempunyai penerbangan awal kerana bas ulang-alik pertama beroperasi pada jam 4 pagi. Sarapan pagi sangat mengagumkan dengan pilihan makanan yang mencukupi. Kami akan tinggal lagi.

Clean, convenient, and great for a short business stay near the airport. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel facilities were well maintained. The location is convenient for travelers who need quick access to Suvarnabhumi Airport. However, the air conditioner in the room was quite noisy, so I hope the hotel can improve this in the future. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for business travelers.

This hotel is conveniently located just 10 mins away from the airport. The room was basic with nothing fancy, but simple improvements would have a great impact. For example, providing some hand soap for the rooms would be so easy. The hotel has a pool but I didn’t get to use it since it only opens at 10 AM. There is a pool and foosball table in the breakfast room for some entertainment. If you need a simple room for one night before or after a flight, this’ll work.

Great location near Suvarnabhumi international airport but unfortunately the bed sponge wasn’t that comfortable. I’ve booked 2 nights here just for a long layover and a short exploration to the outskirts of Bangkok.

Stayed here for one night because it’s very close to the airport — and for that purpose it works perfectly. Check-in was easy and convenient after a late arrival. However, it’s quite loud. You can clearly hear planes and general outside noise, so it’s not somewhere I’d choose for a longer or relaxing stay. Overall: good for a quick overnight stop before/after a flight, but not ideal if you want proper rest or comfort for multiple nights.

The room was very dirty. The sheets were stained and had clearly not been changed since the previous guest. I found a dead bedbug on the mattress. The nighttime front desk staff was very rude. The only nice thing about this place is the location, as it’s very close to the airport. However, it is also directly beside a highway and is very noisy at night. Don’t stay if you’re a light sleeper or bring earplugs.

My husband stayed here for more than 2 weeks...upon arrival late night he was asked to pay 600baht upon check in...they have some argument with the owner but because he was so tired he paid...the next day he approach the front desk and ask why he was required to pay for that big amount & ask for a refund...it was his bad brother who asked for the amount...he asked for sorry for what his brother has done...upon check out my husband was not refunded of that 600baht...so pls be aware of these situations
