I booked a single room however, later converted to twin sharing. Despite informing the reception, the hotel staff kept saying that i had booked a single occupancy room. The restaurant did not serve the ordered food quantity at 2 instances.

It was a pleasant stay. Staff was courteous, helpful and prompt. Rooms were clean and decent. Washroom could have been better as it had very low water pressure.

I've stayed in the hotel for 4 days, there were power cuts for more than 10 times and some lasted for a duration of 10 to 15 minutes. The service people are very unprofessional and a receptionist name harish is not cooperative. I requested for change of towels for more than 3 times and they haven't cared and also asked to clean flask and cups and still they look same.

I bookies the hotel through make my trip on march 1st for a one day stay. Clean hotel, good staff and very good ambience.

The location is convenient. The rooms are pretty big. The staff are very polite. A complete value for money

It was gud experience. The zuri whitefield bangalore is an amazing place to stay, provided you intend to stay within the premises.

The rooms were well maintained and the service was also good, just that they don't have a power back up, you can't even call the reception when the power goes off.
