The reception(male) behavior, attitude is not good. They are not supportive.. they are not committed for their words. simply miss guiding to the customers. Girls receptionist very cooperative.there is no any value of our money.

Considering the location is right by the train track with all the potential noises and chaos - the hotel here is a haven for those in transit through Bangalore. I would very much recommend and the room was absolutely ideal for our purposes as a small family. The welcome by the two gentlemen was so warming and they ***aged to make us feel at ease after a long journey. The receptionist was there immediately for any enquiries. I would suggest a small fridge in each room.

Booked this hotel for a business trip. Though Hotel is good, its surrounded by Chicken and Fish Market. Rooms are spacious, but toiletries are not adequate. Towels and Bed spread should be more clean, not upto the Mark. Every dinner not happy with the dishes. Buffet breakfast is ok. For 2800 this is not worth.

Nice Property nearby To Railway Station. Best for Traveller through Railway only. Not Suitable for Other's. Food Quality also Good. Except Location of Property everything is okay. Rooms are very neat & Clean.

If you have to stay near Yeshwantpur and attending business meetings at WTC look no further, this is the best place. I have been staying here since a year and have stayed for more than 30 nights. The staff is very helpful especially Lataji who ensures seamless experience. The rooms are nice, renovated, clean and service is quick. It is definitely my choice of stay.

The hotel is located in a market area which smells of fish and chicken. The breakfast is pathetic and service is bad. Finding transport is difficult since it’s oneway road and not easy to identify. Cannot stay there with family and kids. Not advisable for families.

In one sentence, Worst experience ever! My sister was on a trip to bangalore for an exam and I booked a room for two in this hotel for Rs. 2500 a day. Chosen this hotel because it was close to the railway station and train will arrive early morning and only two girls were travelling. It was mentioned in the terms and condition that they wil try to accommodate early based on room availability and nowhere it was mentioned it is chargeable. Anyway charging is acceptable and was ready to pay the extra until I came to know that i had to pay 3500 extra for a room for which original cost was 2500 for a full day(total 6000 approx) They cited the reason as early checkin and three person was there during the time of checkin although they were informed that the third person will not be staying. They were suppose to go to exam center after checkin and the third person was accompanying them for exam who will not be staying in the room. Even if we consider the third person, cost for room would have been 3500 and they would have charged utmost 2000 extra for early checkin. Instead they made them pay extra 3500. This means we had to pay 6000 rupees for the stay of two people one night. Since already tired after long journey and hotel not listening to the argument they had to finally pay the de***ded money to checkin. I travel all over the world and ***y times do early checkin and late checkin but never had such experience. More than money I was shocked by the sheer unprofessionalism and disregard for the customer. This hotel is a disgrace to hospitality industry and i suggest people to stay away unless you have no other option.

There is no coordination between booking partners and this hotel. I booked for 6 days. After that I extended by 1 day but cancelled immediately. I lost money to the hotel because they refused to refund after cancellation. The hotel denies any kind of help once your money is in their pockets. Never ever going to visit this place again. My office is very near and there are new joinees every week. I would have given them so much business. But they chose to lose business worth of lakhs over ₹2000. Pathetic.

I stayed for 4 days in this Hotel *****with my family in a room with beds for 3 people. This is another Hotel which has a Good Infrastructure but has been affected very badly by Covid and the resultant lockdown so much so,that they still havent reopened the Restaurant n the Bar.The rooms are functional as well as the kitchen,to provide room service as well as for meets n conferences. The Good things first:The rooms were big enough and were clean including the bed linen.The bathroom too was big and neatly maintained.The Service was Very Good with everyone trying to help from the GM to the Room Service Boys.Special Thanks to the GM,Mr.Hegde n the House Keeping in charge,Mr.***junath.Thanks are due to the Front Office staff,M/s Prasad n Divya n especially to Ms.Latha.The Common areas are maintained well enough though some things need replacement like Sofa seat covers in the Lobby area as well as in the Restaurant area. There were quite a few drawbacks too.Hope ***y of these are looked into so that more ppl return to the Hotel.One of the main things is they dont provide a single piece of soap.They have a dispenser at one end of the toilet with an all purpose gel/liquid,which is near the Shower area.The Wash basin is at the other end of the room n one has to go the other end to get the gel when using the Wash Basin. We had requested for a shower cap but they didnt have the same.They dont provide Shampoo or the usual kit that is provided in ***y hotels.There is a small cupboard where clothes can be hung and a suitcase/bag can be kept.This being a room for 3 persons,there was no rack/small table to keep the bags. Hot water is available but there is no consistency...sometimes,one gets hot water..at other times,it is lukewarm water n we had to inform thereception reg the same. The food is very average...a few items are good but the rest are just average stuff.The buffet breakfast is okay but most things are repeated day after day and the cooking n taste in general need a lot of improvement.
