The checkin was smooth and hassle free. The staff was courteous however rooms were not well maintained. Talking about the food, you get less option and I was highly disappointed when I requested for take away (ordered 50 min' before my checkout) and the staff informed me they have given it to someone else (who checked out 40 minutes before me) and now they need time to prepare the same. I tried ignoring few things during my stay but this particular thing made me very upset, and felt it was a unprofessional thing to do.

I regret to say that our stay at Vividus Hotel in Bangalore was nothing short of a nigh**are. Despite booking for two nights, we were overcharged a staggering €260 after already paying the total amount. The reception staff seemed utterly clueless about the overcharge, forcing us to repeatedly present our bank statements for them to even consider investigating. It took them over an hour to realize that the extra charge was a security deposit taken without any prior notice or warning. As a result, we were stranded at the reception until midnight, despite having an early morning flight at 6 am. This experience was extremely frustrating and tarnished our entire stay.

***nerless staff. Extremely Rude behaviour. Perhaps Lower category room allotted and that too at mid night (even if advance booking was done 5 days back.) On asking for complaint register, reception person replied in a rude ***ner that they don't keep any such register. Breakfast was below average. Most bogus and worst hotel of the world. Never go to this hotel...

The room overlooked another room and drain pipes. We had to keep the blinds closed throughout the day. Our luggage was not delivered to our room despite of several reminders. We had to finally go to the reception and carry our luggage to the room. Housekeeping was poor. Bodywash and shampoo were not replenished. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink. The supposed to be rain shower was a joke as the flow of water was barely a trickle.

Stayed for 3 Nights Pros: 1. The only positive aspect of this property is Location, near to Racecourse and easy transport availability to the city center. 2. Food is passable, nothing to drool about 3. Service - Again nothing extraordinary Cons: Rooms - The biggest drawback, at least the one allotted to us. We booked Superior Double Room (doubt what was anything Superior about except the size). There were no windows and no option to get day light (as there is a building next to the "window".) Felt claustrophobic from the time of check-in. Lot of better alternatives available nearby but since we booked online did not get to understand what it is really like.

Centrally located.Good hotel with good price .Room size not comfortable.Having own restaurant and no swimming pool facility.The main problem is perking for this hotel.Over all a good property as per price .A five floor hotel but a little conjugated.
