Wi-Fi did not work. Some of the receptionist very u friendly. Very poor network connection in that area. I had hard time

The hotel is convenient to the airport, which helped in my travels. The staff, led by Lalit Yadav, was very attentive to my needs, accommodating my late arrival and delayed departure. They provided friendly and reassuring help to a foreign traveler unfamiliar with Indian ways. The food is all good and presented beautifully. The rooms are beautifully detailed and very clean. I appreciated the gym.

We conducted our Son's marriage on 17 th & 18 th November Hariharan & Debasree . Excellent arrangements by Goldfinch especially Shaji Mathew & Tapas . Food was awesome.staff very courteous . Thanks to Lalith for all help in rooming without any confusion

Excellent place to hold parties celebrations! The ambience by the pool is extraordinary. The food is good. The banquet ***ager Tapas and main chef Pasang did their best to please us under the guidance of general ***ager Mathews. Rooms are neat and good. Over all fantastic place to go / stay or celebrate!! Will visit soon !!!

The rooms were good, the food was great and the staff were warm. These are the positives. However, I was distressed by the excessive use of plastic bottles. Both in the rooms and the restaurant, only packaged drinking water is served-no jugs of water, no tumblers and glasses. In this day and age, when there is increasing awareness about the need for sustainability, it is sad that the hotel ***agement is allowing the indiscriminate use of plastic bottles.

I had my wedding at Goldfinch retreat. We booked the entire resort for two days the experience had been outstanding. Shwetha is the gem of the resort and handled everything without any problem. They ***aged to every additional request from us and the service from the team was exceptional. The food was outstanding and every guest visiting the resort and reception party appreciated the food quality. Thanks to Chef Passang

We held our engagement here. From the food to the service, its amazing. The room is very clean. The food especially the ghee roast and briyani was very yum and one desert which they offered was yum… cant wait to go again

We had a wonders experience. Lalit the concierge took great care of us. He gave us his number and said to call him if we needed anything suiting our stay. We ended up stranded at the Mall of Asia in poring rain, he ordered a Uber for us and make sure we got back to the hotel safely. Thx again Lalit for treating us like family,

Interesting. The check in was very slow, but i believe that was due to a parade of people walking by. Our driver had to wait for them to pass. Must have been thousands of them. Our room was quiet, but our children had very noisy neighbors at 4 a.m. Called the front desk and rec'd no help.
The restaurant, Cosmos, was very good.
