Całkiem niezły hotel jak na Indie. Oczywiście karaluchy w pokoju są ale dobra lokalizacja tuż przy dworcu kolejowym i autobusowym to reko****suje.

The day of our checkin was terrible by mistake our door got locked and the card key was inside .I met a girl on reception and asked her to unlock the door the was extremely rude to me.Secondly None of their helplines were working except reception. Their AC was also not working properly . Although it is a 3 star it has no kettle service. Very very terrible.

✨Completely happy with room service, front desk and house keeping teams. Sometime by mistake we call to other teams they communicate and serve so i completely respect the team. Happy with services. Complementary Break fast ☕🥪 was good they served with smile✨

Hotel located as slum area, entrance if good.Avarage hotel, less breakfast buffet option.. They charged every single bottle of water. All staff are freshers, food quality Is poor.. They denied for Early checkin even when I paid. Overall experience is average

I would have given a higher rating except for the fact that the property did not respond to my special request either via phone or text communication. Blamed it on ******* having wrong number, ***pho website having wrong number, night staff's communication was wrong because they are the night staff, etc. Charged me more for their mistake. Day ***ager was not cooperative in resolving the issue. However, he did find us a cab. Food service and porter were great. Property upkeep is lacking, loose faucets, no place to keep soap, no chair in the room, bedsheets not as clean, etc.

Stay at ***pho bell hotel was very nice. Food and accomodation was very convenient and comfort to all of us. Food was tasty and healthy.. Room services are good. Daily staff cleaned the rooms and they are disciplined.. Thank You for your service..

Food , beverage and banquet team which includes Rini,Siva,dukaro,joyonto and madhu were really nice had a pleasant stay for more than 10 days,hope to visit soon.Room service was also very good .😊😊😊😊
