I am Dr Jayan from Sri Lanka, spent one whole month in Bangalore Kundalahalli ICON with you. I thought of dropping this word, is necessary before I go. I came to India booking the hotel without knowing any thing about the hotel, just because it was close to Sankara Eye Hospital where I am posted for my postgraduate studies. We contacted this trust worthy manager called MR. Laurance. Once I came to Bangalore without knowing anyone, the hotel staff including its manager, were really kind to help me with great trust. I had all my valuable and important documents in hotel room and it was kept safe even more than my own home. I felt like am in home and this room became my own one for the last one month. The reception always helped me with Wi-Fi and all the other requirements. The reception and receptionists are always available for 24/7 without any problem. They always tried to help me with smiling face. The two boys and the lady were always out to help me with a smile full in there face. The kitchen and the restaurant were really nice. They helped me to choose the food which suits me with great kindness. I was really afraid of choosing Indian food which I did not know by its name. The restaurant manager hope if I am correct, MR. Arumugam and his team were really nice. No words to express Last but not least, the housekeeping team and the laundry, did a nice job for me. They kept my room clean and protected. My all important documents including money I kept in the room. I did not lose even a cent during my stay. Laundry people did a highly trust worthy job. After all, I am moving out tomorrow, because I have to, for my learning tasks. I have to be with my colleagues. Holiday Inn Express Whitefield is located in Whitefield locality, about 35 km from Kempegowda International Airport. My previous stays in Bangalore have all been around Marathalli area and for some reason all the hotels in that neighborhood were going much higher that week, so I decided to give this hotel a try. The room was quite small with the vanity area right next to the bed. The hotel being a Holiday Inn Express, has complimentary breakfast for all guests. Menu was mostly fixed for most days (did not have much variation). I was not too keen on the taste of quite a few Indian items lacking flavor (hard to do!!). Thumbs up: Excellent cash rates during my stay. Would probably stay again just for the excellent value compared to hotels in other parts of Bangalore Had very good luck getting Uber in the morning and evening. Thumbs down: Not a big fan of the breakfast. Quite a few items in the menu were very bland (hard to do when you are serving Indian food!!). Room was very small and space quite tight. Late Edit: After my initial writeup, I actually ended up staying at the hotel again. My brother lives around Marathalli area/Outer Ring Road and the hotel rates in this neighbourhood is outrageous. This Holiday Inn Express was going at a great rate and so I stayed for another week in May. It was overall a decent exprience and I would not hesitate to come back again for another stay in the future. Also during my May stay, the breakfast has improved much more than my February stay. Wah Taj boliye! . Taj Yeshwanthpur is so well ***aged had a beautiful staycation here for 3 nights with festive season offers around. Hospitality and warmth towards guest when it comes to Taj it’s unparalleled and every time I stay in Taj group hotels I feel I get connected with their staff so well . Posting some pictures of the staff here who made our stay so so memorable that I am feeling so sad to leave this homely a**osphere. We had received best celebration bundles sweets as a good will gesture from staff for that thanks to them . And special shout out and lots of thanks to Aditya Paul assistant restaurant ***ager of Palette restaurant and his entire team comprising me of Aniket , Chef Diptikanth , Chef Ambrose , Sharath, Abir and others in his team who went a mile ahead asking us what we need and also gave us loads of goodies at the end of our stay. Aditya made us feel us home every time we went for breakfast or dinner. Aniket was so hospitable who did extra effort to give me the best drinks every time I asked . And chef Diptikanth and Ambrose cooked one of the best macher jol which every Bengali staying away from home will love. Thanks a lot Taj Yeshwanthpur for making our stay so homely and so memorable . Will come back again soon

I like for having free access in the gym.The Massage Spa has a nice and kind staffs,they smile and entertain guests unlike in the hotel!!The masseuse named Shashikala is such a kind lady and good whats she’s doing,I gave her a 10/10 ❤️

One word “AMAZING”! I have stayed at a lot of five stars around the world but Ritz Carlton in Bangalore exceeded my expectations all the way up! The service is so so good, they really take care of their guests. I travelled solo and their staff like Aishwarya, the young guy downstairs at the concierge, all the staff and chef at the breakfast restaurant were so nice and accommodating. Their staff Aishwarya and team went above and beyond, and bought me a swimsuit as they got to know I forgot to bring mine! The spa and swimming pool is dreamy! Loved my stay here!
