This is a cashless hotel, which unfortunately was not mentioned anywhere — neither at the time of booking nor during check-in. We only discovered this when we tried to settle our dinner bill in cash and were informed that the hotel does not accept it. While we understand that many hotels are moving towards digital transactions, clear communication of such policies is essential to avoid guest inconvenience. My husband, who has been in the hospitality industry for over 35 years, was quite surprised to see a guest being refused the option to pay in cash. A simple mention of this policy during booking or at check-in would have made a big difference….Thanks & best wishes!

Moxy hotel will always be my top choice whenever I’m at Bengaluru. Staff are polite and professional. Food is good too. Highly recommended!

Good location, 20 minutes from Kempagowda airport. Very clean, staff helpful with a good breakfast. Has a good pool too.

The hotel has a good location, convenient transportation, complete room facilities, good sound insulation, complete catering facilities around the hotel, good service attitude of the staff, professional and enthusiastic, and high cost-effectiveness for business trips.

OUT OF WORLS HOTEL, EXCLLENT OFR JOUNIORS AND YOUNGS, there check in counter is at the bar counter, worth a visit and stay, some totally different feelings. out door and indoor games, open space for events, film projector in open, swimming pool , banquet etc, worth a visit. something different then normal hotel and resort, smiling young faces and nice food.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and looked after with genuine care. A special mention and heartfelt thanks to the entire staff whose outstanding hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable, every detail was taken care of – from smooth check-in to stay and food. This made us feel truly valued as guests. The property itself is stunning, with immaculate rooms, and world-class amenities, swimming pool and lots of place to take photos making every corner of moxy unique But what made it stand out most was the personal touch in services – with the souvenir and sweet treats. Thank you once again to the entire staff and entire team at Moxy Bengaluru, for such a wonderful and relaxing stay with the exercise cycle in the room. I look forward to returning soon ! Highly recommended and it is close by to the Airport.

Great hotel, very close to airport. Looks very new and has great facility and features. The staff is really good and helpful. We got in pretty late and they accommodated all of our requests including late check out. Their breakfast selection was pretty good. Will definitely return to this hotel.

Stayed at Moxy Bengaluru for a weekend staycation as a couple. Really loved the property and the vibe, ambience, music etc. Check-in was quick and we were greeted with a welcome drink at the bar (cocktail/mocktail option) which was good. Received an upgrade to the Executive room which was spacious with all amenities and pool-facing. We then stepped down for lunch (included in our package). Service was a little slow and not very attentive, even though there were only 2 other tables. Food was decent with a set menu to choose from and mix-and-match from Asian, Indian, Continental which we really liked, but many dishes had a lot of salt in them. Spent the rest of the evening around the property, pool side, evening movie screening and then returned back to our room. Next morning, we stepped down for breakfast which was a let down from Marriott standards. Limited items for a Moxy/Marriott chain, but breads were dry, cheese and pastries (cakes, donuts etc.) seemed a little stale and very dry. Parathas were not chewable easily and we raised this up to the chef and duty manager. Many items, juices etc. were also not replaced frequently and we had to wait. Also, ordered a waffle twice, but it never arrived. Service was also not up to the mark, unlike other Marriott properties. At noon, we stepped down for checkout and had a billing issues. Price charged was different from what was booked, not sure why! Had to spend additional time to show the email with rate agreed upon several months ago during booking, then reversal of the charge, rebilling etc. After staying at several other Marriott properties in India and around the world, we found Moxy Bengaluru needs some work to get to the Marriott standards, they can definitely do much better as the property, rooms overall are pretty good.

Anjan and Akash are very kind. Great hospitality and staff are also best. House keeping room clean service is wonderful. They clean My room everyday properly and I'm very happy to stay here.

My stay at Hotel Moxie Bangalore was simply amazing. I stayed there for almost two months, and during all that time, I truly felt at home. The kitchen staff went above and beyond, the chief and your crew always trying to adapt the dishes to my taste and even adding a touch of Brazilian cuisine, despite being Indian. This care made all the difference. The housekeeping team, especially Anjan also deserves all the praise, as they were flawless in every detail . Without a doubt, it was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in and one of the most memorable experiences of my life.
