Fantastic! The staff were incredibly warm and proactive. As soon as our car pulled up to the hotel entrance, they immediately came over to open the car door, helped with our luggage, and escorted us all the way to our room! The overall environment is great, the room is comfortable, and we enjoyed welcome fruits, snacks, and drinks. We stayed on a high floor with city views outside the window, and the restaurant is upscale and grand, with a rich breakfast spread! Excellent, thanks to the hotel for such outstanding service!

The price is reasonable. Got the room I wanted. Wow! Everything here is perfect—clean room, comfy bed, nice pool, beautiful view and of course a delicious breakfast! I just hope they provide slippers so your feet don’t get dirty when going upstairs and coming back to bed. I also hope they provide a list of numbers to call if ordering food, etc. I kept calling '0,' and an old lady got irritated, and referred me to call '3' instead.

Excellent hotel, very clean and daily refreshed. View from hotel was really nice, the gym was good and the pool was amazing, don’t miss it. Staff was fantastic in their service and always ready to help. Breakfast could be a bit bigger, more variety but it was really good what was available. Check out the special name of the in house Japanese restaurant ☺️ Definitely would recommend to friends and families

The price was reasonable, and the room was very comfortable. I accidentally broke a cup, but the staff kindly helped me handle it. Everyone was smiling and never showed any impatience—they were also very efficient. Sometimes I worked in the room, and they cleaned everything quickly without disturbing me. Plus, the room had laundry facilities, and all the necessary supplies were provided. I also used the iron, and the place really felt like home—everything was so cozy. I ordered room service and was a little surprised that it didn’t come on a typical hotel trolley but in a takeout box instead. One small issue: Before my stay, I sent an email asking if the hotel could arrange an airport pickup, but I never received a reply, so I had to make my own way to the hotel. Maybe the email address provided by Trip.com isn’t monitored. However, I did use the hotel’s airport transfer service when checking out since I arranged it in person at the front desk during my stay. Overall, the stay was very comfortable—the only suggestion would be to have a larger gym!
