Bilik kami mempunyai segalanya dan lebih banyak lagi untuk membuat kami merasa sedikit istimewa dan tempat tidurnya sangat selesa dan kebersihannya adalah premium. Semua kakitangan yang kami temui sangat membantu dan tidak ada masalah sepanjang kami tinggal. Kemudahan gimnasium dan kolam renang sangat baik, khususnya peralatan gimnasiumnya begitu moden dan bilik ganti adalah 5 bintang. Sarapan pagi disediakan dengan bufet 5 bintang terbaik. Begitu banyak pilihan dan selera di seluruh bidang. Sekali lagi kakitangan sangat membantu dalam keadaan tertekan ini. Kawasan lobi mewah dan suasananya begitu santai. Perkhidmatan ini sempurna dari ketibaan hingga daftar keluar. Bilik itu sangat bersih dan pekerjanya terlatih dengan baik. Sarapan pagi (bufet antarabangsa) tidak cukup baik untuk gred hotel jika kami mengulas sahaja. Seronok dapat memilih antara makanan Jepun dan bufet, tetapi saya rasa bufet harus mempunyai lebih banyak variasi.

Nicely located high end hotel with nice thai service, maybe the check in/out procedure should be reviewed to make it faster when crowded and skipping the compliments. Fair gym and pool. Cost of the food is definitely too high though for local cuisine

This is one of the most top notch hotel I have stayed in. Very convenient with 2 BTS Station near by. Pheon chit BTS is just like 300m away but there is a flight of stairs to climb to get up to the over head bridge link to the BTS. With 2 Station away from Siam Station, its location is very good as it is near town area and not as crowded compared to those hotels that are in the town area. Central Embassy will be the closest shopping mall to this Hotel. It is a walkable distance and its the same direction towards the BTS The breakfast is very good as well and the menu actually changed everyday. Service staff are polite and willing to help. Both my girlfriend and me like this hotel alot as it is very very clean, the only small issue I have is some of their power point are loose which hinder me charging my equipments. Over all is a very good hotel recommended~~

Kakitangan perkhidmatan yang sangat baik, terutamanya kakitangan di hadapan pintu masuk tingkat 1, bercakap baik, perkhidmatan yang baik. Datang ke hotel ini 2 kali saya kagum kedua-dua kali sehingga saya perlu memperkenalkan rakan-rakan saya. Sangat mudah untuk melancong, berhampiran dengan gedung serbaneka, bank, BTS, pelbagai lokasi. Biliknya cantik dan luas, view pun best. Kelemahannya ialah mereka memberikan sedikit krim mandian, syampu, dan botol kecil dan jangan biarkan ia digunakan pada waktu pagi. Kena call tanya nak tambah ubat gigi, yang penting tak perlu call tanya.

I enjoyed my stay at the Conrad. Top notch hospitality, and my needs were met, after a few changes… I initially booked the Deluxe King (DK) rooms, which in the photos on trip.com seemed nice, and in person looked decent (but definitely older decor, perhaps it was also too dark for my liking). However, I was finally told (after complaining twice) that these floors and rooms haven’t been renovated or refurbished yet. Once I came out of the lift on those particular floors (16 & 19 - I had to move twice!), the hallways & carpets were damp and musty, and there was a putrid stale stench in the air. It was quite unbearable for me. The DK rooms also face a slight plumbing issue with the sinks (at least it did in my room, the water was yellow and it didn’t drain! 🤢🫣🫥 ✨✨That being said, having traveled for 24 hours and extremely tired, and seeing my displeasure with both the rooms I was assigned, the night staff and manager at the reception immediately moved and upgraded me to the Premier King Room (Thank you Tin!) These rooms on the 25th floor are much nicer, and I was told that they’ve been recently renovated. A beautiful room (See photos), and I would highly recommend everyone book it! In fact I even extended my stay, because the bed, linens, bath, shower, Byredo (Mojave) Bathroom Amenities, and overall setup of the room (including chrome cast on the TV!) were comfy & excellent. Room service & In-room dining were brilliant too ( see photos!). 👏🏼👏🏼✨✨ I will certainly be coming back next time, but I’ll be booking the rooms wisely! Perhaps a heads up in the room titles or description copy on trip.com could have avoided this issue altogether. Just a suggestion. Either way, thank you again to the staff for accommodating my needs 👏🏼 They managed to meet my expectations of the standards at The Conrad. Well done 😊

I had a great stay at this amazing property thanks to the staff over here. Special shoutout to Ms. Pizza, the Lady in Red whom can communicate in both Mandarin and English. and Ms. Rita, the telephone operator whom responded me promptly with precise help that I was longing for. There are so many luxury hotels in Bangkok, but it is the service that makes the difference. I will definitely come back Sindhorn Kempinski thanks to the amazing service by the team. 曼谷這家凱賓斯基的服務真是不錯，不論是身穿紅衣的小姐姐Pizza 或是電話服務中心的Rita，优雅的互動著實讓人暖心。下回來曼谷，一定要在再來住！

Ich war in diese Hotel Ende März 2019 das erste und letzte Mal. Ich hatte einen Abend Flug und wollte noch 4 Stunden länger in diesem Hotel bleiben. Ich habe an der Rezeption gefragt Ob das gehen würde. Sie haben gesagt natürlich das ist kein Problem aber ich muss den vollen Preis für einen Tag zahlen. Von Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit das Personal kann man nur träumen. 0 von 10 punkte. Das einzigste positive in diesem Haus ist das das die BTS in der näher ist. Nie wieder.

It is the second time that I stayed here and everything is still the same as my first experience! The service, amenities, room cleanliness it is always up to expectations! PROS: The hotel is conveniently located, abt 10 minutes walk away from Victory Monument BTS stn or Ratchaprarop Airport Rail Link (ARL) stn. Travel time on the Airport Rail from Suvarnabhumi Airport is 30 min. Service is good and there is a wide spread for the breakfast buffet (Western + Asian). CONS: The walls are very thin. I had 2 different noisy neighbours who disturbed my sleep at around 2am and 4am. I could literally hear them word for word (didn't understand as they were speaking Thai). Also, I was on the 2nd floor by the roadside and could hear the traffic. It was an OK experience. Towels, shampoo, shower gel, hand wash, toothbrush, toothpaste and cotton buds were provided.

Location is excellent! Located right next to BTS Phloen Chit Station and it is easy to get grab and somehow ”avoided” the terrible traffic in bangkok at times. However, the only downside is the lift servicing the hotel. It is extremely slow and one was faulty during my stay. And the noise of traffic can be heard from 12th floor. Light sleeper should probably take a slight note of that. Other than that I do not really have any complaints. Thank you!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean, well laid out, quiet, and had good AC. The location is good, with plenty of restaurants nearby and close to the BTS. Considering all of the action going on near the hotel, the room was quiet. The bed was also good, so I had a good night’s rest before my flight home the next day.

I stayed at Conrad Bangkok a few times in the past (the hotel side) but never on the residence side. The quick takeaway for Conrad Residences, especially if we compare with Conrad hotel, is that it’s cheaper and more spacious. Also it comes with more elite benefits than other chains such as Marriott Executive Apartments, but the downside is an aging product and the lack of lounge access. I booked the entry level room which is a studio at the Residences, and was upgraded +1 to a suite as Hilton Diamond. This kind of upgrade is nothing to write home about, however a suite upgrade on the hotel side is now quite difficult due to a more stingy upgrade policy and +1 is also more generous than at the various Marriott Executive Apartments in Bangkok which are unlikely to upgrade at all because I believe they are excluded from the upgrade policy. So while the upgrade was not huge, it resulted in a suite nonetheless. I previously read some pretty poor reviews of rooms in dire need of renovations, so my expectations were low and they were exceeded. Obviously the room had seen better days but everything was functional and in particular the air conditioning was very strong. For solo travelers I would say a smaller (renovated) room at Conrad hotel is probably preferable but for guests looking for more space, the residence side can be an option. My main negative surprise actually had nothing to do with the age of the hardware. There was a full kitchen but I also expected a washer and dryer but it’s simply not part of the offering at the residences (need to use shared laundry facilities). It’s a major negative in my opinion compared to full-service hotels which have some long-stay accommodation room types such as Marriott Surawongse, Kimpton, Akyra Thonglor (SLH), and Sindhorn Kempinski, all of which have a washing machine in the room. If booking a room at Conrad Residences, the lack of lounge access is one drawback relative to the hotel side because it’s not part of the benefits. However breakfast is included in the same restaurant as the hotel side, which is not a benefit offered at Marriott Exec Apartments so overall Conrad offers more. I did not partake in the breakfast but I took a look at the buffet and it seemed similar to what it used to be the last time I stayed at the hotel. Overall I had mixed feelings about Conrad Residences. For such accommodation I suspect some people will prefer a washing machine in the room but there was none so it’s a miss. However if the purpose is mostly to have extra space and a full kitchen, it can be a reasonable option which offers more elite benefits as Hilton Diamond than Marriott choices.

โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้BTSเพลินจิตครับ อาจจะเดินมานิดนึง แต่ไม่ไกลครับ พนักงานบริการดีมากครั้ง ตั้งแต่เข้ามาเช็คอิน มีคุ้กกี้ให้ 1 ชิ้นตอนเช็คอินด้วยครับ ผมพักเป็นห้อง Deluxe เตียงใหญ่ นุ่มสบาย มีโต๊ะให้ทำงาน ห้องน้ำดี ไม่มีอ่างอาบน้ำครับ เขาจะไม่ได้ให้พวกหวี มีดโกนหนวด แปรงสีฟันไว้ครับ ถ้าอยากได้สามารถโทรขอได้ ฟิตเนสเครื่องตามมมาตรฐาน ไม่ได้เยอะมาก แต่ก็เล่นได้เพลินๆ อยู่ชั้นเดียวกับสระว่ายน้ำ ค่อนข้างเล็กไปหน่อยครับ ไม่มีบาร์ตรงสระ และที่สำคัญไม่มีห้องน้ำครับ ทั้งสระและยิมเลย ส่วนอาหารเช้าดี มีของเยอะ มีcold brew, ชา กาแฟสั่งพนักงานได้ครับ โดยรวมโรงแรมดี ใกล้รถไฟฟ้า เหมาะกับการมาพักผ่อนเวลามาทำงานในกทม.ครับผม
