Love this hotel. Feels very boutique and very exclusive. Roof top bar is great central location for a meet up before the night begins. 7-11 opposite.

This hotel proved to be well above my expectations, it's a 4 stars but you feel like you're in a 5 stars. There are many amenities in the room and the swimming pool on the 12th floor is excellent. The Internet is very fast, which is essential for my work. The location is also very advantageous, very close to the metro and shopping malls. I will definitely book again in the future.

The hotel is centrally and conveniently located near Asok BTS, Sukhumvit MRT and Terminal 21 shopping centre. Room is also spacious. However, I booked a non-smoking junior suite, and was assigned to level 5, which smoking was permitted. As the assigned room was located at the end of the corridor, I have to endure the cigarette smell in the corridor. As such, I had politely asked if I could change to a non-smoking room, but I was told that all non-smoking rooms are fully booked and the response from the lady receptionist was nonchalant and unapologetic. The bell captain overheard the conversation and suggested if he could request the housekeeping staff to spray with air freshener to eliminate the smoke odour in the room, which was very much appreciated. Just wondering why would the hotel even accept my booking for non-smoking room when all were occupied?

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Staybridge Suites Bangkok Thonglor, an IHG Hotel, and I can't say enough about how fantastic my experience was. First and foremost, the hotel's location in the vibrant Thonglor neighborhood is outstanding. It's close to a variety of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options, making it a perfect choice for both leisure and business travelers. The service provided by the staff was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. The room I stayed in was not only spacious but also immaculately clean and well-maintained. The modern design and thoughtful amenities created a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. I particularly appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette, which added a touch of homey convenience to my stay. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful start to each day, offering a wide selection of dishes to suit various tastes. The hotel's commitment to cleanliness and safety protocols was evident throughout my stay, which provided added peace of mind.

The hotel was not bad, besides the toilet which was leaking and dust everywhere. Definietely not a 4 star, maybe a 2 star but it doesn't matter at all because 2 hours after eating their breakfast I started feeling funny in my stomach. We pick this place only for a 1 night, because the next day we had a flight home and it was close to the airport. I had two flights, one from Bangkok to Singapore (2 hrs) and one from Singapore to Berlin (11 hrs). In between the flights at the Sinapore airport I started vomitting very badly. It was terrifying as I knew there is an 11 hr long flight in front of me. We landed in Berlin two days ago and I still am recovering from it. Two days of sick stomach and now two days of sick intestines. I only ate an egg, some salad and 3 bites of a sandwich as it was tasting weird and I think that it was it - an old ham. I saw similiar opinion on agoda. If you need to stay there, please don't eat their food. They should answer for that, it's unacceptable.

Отель удобен только в качестве ночевки перед ранним вылетом или после позднего прилета. От аэропорта 12 мин на такси. Район никчёмный, 7/11 в пяти минутах пешком, больше ничего там нет. Сам отель построен с претензией на 5*, но по факту он конечно даже на 4* не тянет. Поэтому и дешевый. В пандемию использовался как карантинный отель на сутки. Заходишь в номер - запах сырости. Кондиционер настроить нереально - или сдувает или выключен. Все материалы номера дешевые, для создания только внешнего образа хорошего отеля. Всё уставшее, хотя отелю 3-4 года всего. Завтрак по европейским меркам никакой. Посуда вся пластиковая, столы каменные. Единственное что устроило - нормальные кровати и постельное белье. То есть как и сказано в начале - для одной ночи сойдет.
